Spa glass was yuck seems like never been cleaned. Didn’t feel like using spa bath at all. And lift was taking longer.

Receptionist Rangi is one of the best staff she explained our parking so well then the staff who served us at first forgot her name.

Blankets in the cupboard were old and smelly. The apartment upstairs had small solar panels hanging down from their balcony which obstructed our beautiful view and made a lot of noise when swinging in the wind (I had to complain to reception to have this issue fixed). We spent quite a lot of time waiting for the lifts.

Lovely room and view, apartment had everything we needed and staff were very polite and helpful.

A couple of thinner pillows as the ones we had were brutal and perhaps an extra toilet paper. Other than that perfect :)

Only wish that the outdoor pool was heated, but I don't think any pools are heated in surfers paradise. Not the hotels fault, just the way it is.

The apartment was really clean and they even serviced it while we stayed. It had shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. Staff were really lovely. Close to shops and cavill ave. 5 min walk to beach.

Can get busy around the elevators at time and cause a bit of a wait but it wasn’t a major issue.

Great location and excellent facilities - apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4. This was our third time staying at mantra circle on Cavill and will definitely be back.

Spacious rooms with great views , great air conditioning and balcony . Included kitchen , dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Hotel located in a shopping area which made for easy access to restaurants and all shopping needs

The pool was in the shade in the afternoons, but it is the only thing I could say we didn't like.

The location was amazing and central to all the eateries and beach.

Not something you can fix. But the music is so loud coming up from the streets below. Makes it unable to sit on the veranda and enjoy looking at the sea and enjoying the company you are with. One of the lifts was not working. So increased the wait time for the elevators.

Team were friendly. Room was cofortable and well stocked with utensils and crockery.

Overall really good, but some suggested improvements- Bed sheets didn’t fit bed and were old, need to improve quality of linen No free wifi - I think this is a given these days Movies on demand would be a good addition Big glass door in bathroom not working - off roller

Great location, views were great, we were on the 35th floor. Very modern and spacious apartments, heaps of room for two people. Very modern amenities in building Big outdoor areas in unit We were in southern tower - no problem with lift wait times during our stay

Some of the cleaners were good but a few were as thorough with sanitising our room and I had to ask a few times for our room to be cleaned properly as it seemed they were in a rush and would take short cuts.
