Car parking was disappointing. For a hotel with about 100 rooms 8-10 car parks is not enough. They should not claim to have car parking if its not guaranteed.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to night markets and the best waterside restaurants. Straight across the road from the lagoon. Also an easy walk to the vessels that travel out to the reef and the islands.

The pool area is very dull. A restaurant or breakfast area would have been nice 😊

Location is great. Location of room not ideal initially and staff were happy to move us but the tv in that room didn’t work so they upgraded us which was lovely. Thank you!

We stayed in room 711 which was a three bedroom apartment. The living area, kitchen and balcony were great and clean. The bathrooms and laundry were so mouldy. There’s no ventilation in them which is such a shame.

The location is great for conferences and close to tours and supermarkets etc. close to the esplanade which is great when you are travelling with your kids. The staff at reception were welcoming and kind and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed on the top level and had beautiful ocean views from our balcony.

The hotel was close to everything, shops, cafes, restaurants, lagoon, Woolworths, casino and the marina. Room was a great size and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Free car parking. Room only serviced once during our 8 night stay (no drama) but if we needed anything only had to ask the friendly reception staff. Highly recommend !!

Unfortunately they classed our room as a 'hotel room' so plates, bowls, knives, forks were not supplied or avail to us on asking for them, which was a little inconvienient

Ease of checking in, excellent location within minutes of the Esplanade, Lagoon and Marina, friendly and helpful staff Free undercover parking was excellent due to its busy location. Overall, the 1-bedroom apartment was very comfortable. Would stay here again next time in Cairns.

It would have been great to have a coffee shop on the premises. Annoying to have to rejoin to access wifi every day.

staff were a bit hit and miss. some lovely, others quite surly. Highly priced compared to others places (only stayed due to providers cancelling last minute).

Excellent location for Cairns CBD. huge room for apartment & hotel room was also very nice. Not serviced daily but still able to replenish basic supplies on request.
