Perfect location, opposite is woolworths, 5 mins walk to wharf, 2 mins walk to lagoon. Room is clean, you can get extra towels tissues for free. Free parking which good for us, Staff nice & reply quickly. Also we got sofa bed(double size) which is big enough for my son.

Perfect location. I had a lovely view of the esplanade, it was close to everything. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. My room was very comfortable.

However, the facilities are just fair and could be modernised to math the brand’s reputation. I am not sure if all hotel stops provide room tidy up after Covid, but I do expect a free rubbish bag replacement ( only rubbish replacement) in the mid of my five nights stay. It was a bit disappointing to see a list showing $30 per room for simple room service (just like change rubbish bag, replace towel and tidy up bed).

Mabtra Esplanade is located in the best place in the city— Lagong is in the corner, Woolworths behind it and lots of fantastic restaurants around it. we enjoy walking along in the evening to see water front views. On hot afternoon, the pool in Mantra is a cool and shaded area for relaxing.Hotel is clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. You do get free Wifi if you register for certain membership (free). I don’t know why they put WiFi charges on booking.com while customers actually get it free.

It was disappointing that the hotel restaurant had closed but lots of restaurants nearby. The only thing missing from the apartment was a couple of placemats for the table!

The one bedroom apartment was spacious with everything you need for a self contained space. Nice pool and a perfect location. Across from the lagoon and lots of dining out options. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The car park is odd due to the location of the two swipe access points. Sometimes you are driving on the right hand side and then you need to drive on the left hand side. Follow the arrows, drive slowly and just take care. Only park in the car parks that have the Mantra signs.

Great location with an easy walk to the restaurants and shops in the CBD. Cool air conditioning for the humid weather. Bed was comfortable. Nice smelling shampoo, conditioner etc. Quiet room even though the room faced the Esplanade.

Great location, loved the pool and friendly staff. loved the joined apartments for the kids worked really well giving us plenty of space. kitchenette well stocked. Vivaldi restaurant on premises delicious.
