We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOnly the first day we had home service and then we did not have towels, room service, etc. building, room size, and facilities are not in the range of ****, but the price was. Not good value for money. To be fair it was during the school holidays and no discount was applied. Check-in is at 10 am, for the extension you have to pay $20/hr

Spa was listed as a hot tub in filter ( the main reason I booked) but was cold and could not be used in winter. Parking restricted to vehicle height of 2 m, mine just made it. This info not listed. Not a good stay for $400 a night for an old small studio room.

AustraliaConstruction work next door, horrendous noise from 7am till 4pm. Pool in permanent shade, no heating for couple of days, and the noise from construction work made it awful. Was not told about construction, and Cairns decided to close the Lagoon across the street for our stay. Mold around bath and dust on carpets, carpet smells. No reduction in cost offered, just a free breakfast

AustraliaReally really dated apartment. Incredibly expensive. We paid nearly $5,000 for a week and e wow yes a decent apartment. We were sorely mistaken. It was very very dated and tired. The washer and dryer were older than I am and the dishwasher was non existent. The bathrooms had showers with manly old shower curtains. The place was badly in need of renovation. On top of that you had to pay $30 a day for wifi. It is ridiculous that wifi was not included and was seen as another way to make more money out of you.

ItalyWi Fi promoted as free when booked however on arrival the "free wi-fi was only for a few hours with the need to pay thereafter. Rooms were rundown , curtains old and fabric on a number of cushions frayed Small pool in the shadows with nothing in the way of facilities, such that even breakfast required eating out. Visited family ( nephew of my wife) who had booked the Crystalbrook Riley at the same time in Cairns for less than we had paid for the Mantra. The hotel was on a different level, modern spacious rooms with views, larger balcony, magnificent pool and amenities, free bicycles etc etc as well as which they paid less per night than we did, your staff should visit the competition to see what they are offering, the hotel on my next trip there is a no brainer. Demolition going on next door with dust, and of additional concern trucks specializing in asbestos removal in front.
