The dark timber decor gave the room a certain feel... that's just personal taste though.

The staff are a credit to Mantra - personable in a very relaxed way. The bed was great - I got a great sleep.

one small issue was the dishwasher not working, constantly wanting to pause. not a huge issue in the scheme of things!

Stayed here for my 21st Birthday and location was perfect for the venue we hired out (Rhino room across the road). staff were helpful from arrival to departure assisting with car parking and talking us through any questions we had during our stay. Rooms exceeded our expectations- very large, clean and perfect to come back to during the night as needed. breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh and multiple choice; perfect after a big night!

The balcony size was really small in our room. A bigger balcony and outside table would have been great. Apart from that, it was great.

The toilet seat needed to be replaced as it was stained with over use and loose which slided to one side. We were staying for a week and house maintenance should have attended to it prior our entry. We did not bother to say anything as we did not want to have some other person come in to the room but did mention to housekeeping ladies night before we left hope they reported it. Had to ask for box of tissues as no extra one left and the same with toilet paper. Had to ask for top up of coffee and tea. Also had to ask reception the next day about housekeeping routine as not explained at check-in. The dryer did not have a notice how long it would take to dry took a guess of a time.

We liked the big room with the balcony and the small kitchenette to make some breakfast before going on our adventures. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was close to Randall Mall and restaurants. View over garden from balcony was lovely and the view of surrounding hills.

We weren’t happy with the couch lack of comfort and small size. Perhaps even an armchair would have been helpful. The shower door pushes the bath mat away so stepping out of the shower is a little dangerous I thought.

Location to footy festival was ideal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved breakfast choices. Amenities and housekeeping were good . We will be back in the future. We didn’t spend a great deal of time in the apartment.

No pool dripping tap and water pressure in shower below average plus not a mixer tap for shower . We also found the room very hot and tried turning temperature down which was not very responsive. As there was 4 of us we had to request more of everything .

View location and that we were able to open up the balcony and get some fresh air in. The kitchenette was good the lighting in the back bedroom was too dark to enable reading in comfort but nice to have that space.

Room service didn't come second day despite of leaving correct tag at the door. Bed were not made and towels were not changed. We have to call reception at night and they brought clean towels for us.

Breakfast was good however I would suggest to offer diferent kind of eggs not everyday scramble eggs
