Very small room, inadequate tea making, no teaspoons no washing up facilities. Only one chair for 2 people . Hidden charges. Would be ok for expenses account overnight stay.

We arrived to not get the rooms we booked (1 larger suite with 1 large bed and a smaller room with 2 singles ) - it was reversed even after i called the hotel earlier in the day to ensure the room configuration. Our girls who should have been in the twin smaller room were in the larger room with a disabled bathroom. The lights did not work properly and the light switch was covered in electrical tape. The shower flooded with over 2 inches of water pouring onto the carpet. it was unsanitary and not suitable. We had asked to be moved on the first night as we preferred to not have a disabled room, however, were told that this was impossible, and it was just our bad luck. The gentleman on reception seemed to enjoy letting us know at 11pm that we could not have what we had asked for or booked. Having said that, both rooms could have been configured, had he been bothered to, as they are not kings in the true sense, but 2 single beds put together. the overall stay was really poor.

The gentleman on reception who finally sorted all the issues was helpful. On the 3rd day he helped us with the flooded room and even offered a breakfast for the inconvenience. He was very kind.

Only thing was the bed was up against the wall on one side wasnt a real problem for us. but might be for an elderly couple ?

Fridge was broken on arrival, no toaster available in room, barely any utensils, uncomfortable bed, not family friendly.

The room was pretty clean, apart from the bathroom. The shower has not had a good clean in a long time, there was quite a bit of hair in the drain and the walls near the door were dirty.

Location was great, parking cost was very reasonable and the gym was good.

I don't like that there is no microwave and the public car park, which doesn't lock in a car park. I don't like parking in the public streets around the area, its not always safe late at night.

The breakfast was awful! Really very disappointed paying $20 per adult and $15 per child for a piece of toast and watery coffee Condiments were hard and couldn’t be spread, yoghurt was sitting out getting warm, Croissants and pastries a couldn’t fit in the toaster to be warmed and were very hard to eat or even cut.

We were a little surprised that the 2 bedroom suite was just 2 hotel rooms next to each other without a common sitting area, felt like the description was a bit deceiving in that way. It was awkward to try and keep to doors open between the rooms to be together as a group. Overall the rooms were nice and clean, just not what we were expecting and didn’t meet our needs for the stay.

There was a building site next door, and there was no disclosure of this on booking, or further correspondence. We were woken by the sound of concrete pouring and a building crew. The room was meant to be a suite, but they don't know the meaning of the word. Very little space to clothes, beds so close to wall would hit it when got up, the bathroom had no vanity, just an old trolley, the basin tap was too big for the basin, and the water would splash out. But the worst of all, the sheets were stained! A second room we booked was meant to be twin beds, but this was not done until it was insisted.

Only one pillow per bed, only one milk for 2 people, horrible toilet paper, No hand towel, someone else’s peanut butter left in the fridge, barely any phone reception and dongle connection which I needed to use . I do not like being forced to use someone’s WiFi when I have my own. Car parking too awkward with no offer of help to transport luggage.

Not a good location, no free onsite parking, view out the window is directly onto a new block of units being built, over priced for what the unit is. Very small room. Feels very locked in the whole building

The room was very small. Especially compared to other places I’ve stayed in a similar location. The bed was jammed in and there was only room for one bedside table. The clock had to be reset every time we came back to the room as the power would turn off when you took the swipe card out of the slot.

The location was great. The facilities were clean.

1. No smart TV 2. No folder with details of the hotel, things to do, eateries nearby 3. No room service menu 4. No room maid service for the first night so room basics such as milk coffee sugar 5. Noisy with the construction zone outside my window
