You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaIt's not brilliant value for money, rather basic for $320 a night. Literally nothing in 1km + radius (not a restaurant, a servo, a convenience store, etc). Theres a cafe in the hotel but seems to be permanently closed (or it was at the time I stayed in). It does the job.
Tidy, proffessional and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Everything is relatively close and easy in Canberra (city centre, airport, etc)

AustraliaRestaurant not operating, even for breakfast, is very disappointing. You are referred to a nearby take away with a few outdoor tables and limited offerings. However, there is a brilliant pub, IGA and a couple of take sways just 800 metres away. Car park is extra and located in adjoining building. Wi fi is also at extra cost.
Quiet and convenient location opposite light rail stop. Modern minimalist. Reasonable sized room with compact, but cleverly designed, bathroom. Very clean. Pleasant and efficient staff.

AustraliaRoom size much "tighter" than anticipated. Strange to find only a hanging rack - no wardrobe as such. Little space between bed and bench along window. No fully covered access between hotel and car park.
Check in easy. Room cleanliness very good - the hotel building is relatively new. Location very handy to city and within easy distance of most Canberra highlights.

AustraliaAfter a long drive, went to check in at the front desk. Whilst checking in the gentleman who was helping me received a phonecall and just walked out without an explanation to me where he was going. Very unprofessional. Luckily a lovely lady realised and helped me to check in.
Amazind spacious 2 bedroom, with lots of space. Bed was very comfortable and ad a great night's sleep.
