We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australiafor the price you pay I feel it’s definitely lacking. it’s very tired and outdated the bed was uncomfortable and the floors were chipped and stained dirty. the kitchen had a locked cupboard that kept making very loud sounds like it had the motor to the aircon or something inside. Bedrooms need block out blinds. balcony furniture was old and faded and very uncomfortable. after spending the money you expect some type of luxury and unfortunately you don’t really get that here.
Location was good, easy access to shops and beach.

New ZealandThe Mantra is “tired”. It was 1980’s 1990’ style. Only a handful of power points. Small fridge. A spa bath/shower in the bathroom which has a glass wall with access to the lounge! ODD. Cheap loo paper. Why have cheap loo paper in an expensive apartment. One bar of soap replaced after 5 days. Sure there was foam soap but foam is not everyone’s style. On the Sunday night a form was put under the door saying the unit would be “bug sprayed” the next day at 8 amI contacted the office who said they would cancel that. 2 days later a guy knocked on the door and let himself in saying he was the bug man! I was in my undies my partner had less on but thankfully was in the shower. I sent him away. I contacted front office who apologised nicely BUT. Staff were helpful but as I said a lot of money and effort needs spending on the Mantra.
Mantra is close to beach, supermarket, dining, bars etc.
