The only real negative and something which cant be changed is the small lifts and the wait time for them. We ended up using the stairs most of the time. As it was school holidays and there was some international Rugby games on with 3 of the teams staying at Mantra the wait time was longer due to the number of people.

The staff as always are all very friendly from front desk to cleaning staff, all interactions are friendly and genuine. This is the third time we have stayed at Mantra Mooloolaba, and was the smallest room we have stayed in. For 2 people it was a decent size, my only concern was the noise on Alexandra Parade and the intersection. I was pleasantly surprised. We were on level two which was lower then normal.

2 bed apartment, bedrooms were a bit small and dark. didn’t love the internal shutters on master bedroom.

Not very friendly for toddlers. Just for a high chair for baby comes with a price. It's a bit not child friendly

Price. $480 for one night. School holidays so we accepted the price. Had to step into a spa tub to shower. I have mobility issues so wasn't the best option.

We had the room with the spa bath surrounded by glass facing the bedroom which made it very hard to sleep whenever one of us needed the light on to go to the toilet as the light shone right into the bedroom. We would suggest some sort of adhesive block out cover be stuck to the glass as there’s no need for anyone to watch children in the spa as this room was not a family apartment. The other very annoying problem was the young men staying on the same floor attending various sporting tournaments kept running in and out of their rooms, slamming doors all night well into the early hours. These young men did not seem to have any adult supervision whatsoever.

The view was superb and the layout of the apartment was perfect for our needs.

The one bedroom we were in for 1 night had no power points over the kitchen bench other that 2 for the toaster and kettle. The same room had 2 bedside tables but only one with a lamp and power point beneath. The balcony had 2 stacked chairs in a corner which were severely stained and when brought to management’s attention were immediately removed.

The pool area is perfect with sunshine all day- not blocked out by other hotels. The hotel was able to assist promptly with a change from a 1 to 2 bedroom which we requested because unfortunately the bedroom is landlocked with no windows and not really a great place be in for the 9 nights we had booked. The 2 bedroom is really well fitted out and comfy. Free secure underground parking also a bonus.

There was no room in the bedroom for our suitcases, so we had to have them in the lounge. Not that it bothered us at all, but there is a surcharge to have your room serviced as they only provide it every 8 days otherwise. So no fresh towels for 8 days. But there is a washing machine/dryer, so you can wash them yourselves.

We had a 4th floor room, right on the corner of the two streets and although there was a lot of traffic, it wasn't too noisy. Pretty good view of the ocean. The room had everything you need and we were very happy with our three night stay.

Superior suite is on 4th floor.. for nearly 800, we were surprised. People in the pool can look in.

The location is very convenient close to everything. Staff were also very accommodating
