It is very dated, needs a complete renovation. The room was very overpriced for what you got. On arrival the room smelt very bad and the food in the fridge also smelt terrible after being in there. Staff were helpful, but not very friendly.

The location is great. Close to beach and Coles. Parking was free and easy.

The staff were unfriendly, the lifts are slow leading to long delays, the furniture is old and coming apart. The photos show the spa bath but I had not realised that the shower was over the spa bath, getting in and out of the tub is difficult, my partner recently had a hip replacement making this risky

The couch needs to be thrown out. It's very worn, and when we opened it out to a fold out the bed , so we could relax in the lounge, visible signs the sheets and mattress were stained 🤮. We heard a thud come from the bathroom, 1 of the pump soap dispensers had come away loose from the tile it was glued onto, we then realised , paying more attention to how poor and runned down the apartment really was in .

location was very good, We loved the smell of fragrance used when walking to reception.

DATED. Badly needs renovation. Really lacking for the price point of ~$400 a night. Rooms have poor set up - main bedroom next to front door and hotel corridor, noise didn’t bother us too much but just very strange. Bathroom in middle of room with large window into kitchen and lounge room. No actual cooking facilities in kitchen, small fridge, portable electric hot plate provided but no exhaust so we ended up cooking on balcony. TV and internet did not work - approached reception about this and while they made out they would help, nothing was done, free to air TV only during our stay. Was as clean as the average home would be so not a problem there. Washer/dryer was really appreciated but the door kept not opening after cycle completed. No included room service during our stay was frustrating.

Good location, could not fault housekeeping staff, reception staff also lovely, parking was great, view from balcony lovely.

Staff were reluctant to assist even with the tiniest request. The studio apartment was very small. The supplies were minimal and everything was extra. Cot, games room, mini bar, etc. we asked for a spare sheet for our baby and was told they don’t carry any extra or spare sheets!

Location is really the only thing it had going for it and I think they really have been able to rely on that since the hotel’s inception.

Rooms and furniture are very dated. For the price paid, there was an expectation of quality and luxury that just wasn't there. The first room we were in had carpet that was sticky, a broken toilet and very average furniture. Reception misses an opportunity to set the tone for guests - very underwhelming. Gardens seem to be very neglected. Walking from reception through to shops the ceiling shows multiple signs of leaks from above.

location is good, easy access to the beach, shops etc. Outdoor pool, gym and sauna are good. Bed was very comfortable.

It's not so much that we "didn't like," more so handy to have in the house. The room could do with its own vaccum for the messy little grubs and big families. Otherwise, no fault at all.

The room was amazing with the best view. It contained everything we wanted and needed. Staff were amazing and friendly. The location was perfect and all the action with shops, restraunts, beach, parks and views are "right outside the door."

Room is getting very dated and run down. Front of house staff on check in were busy chatting about their lunch break activities before serving us, I don’t even remember getting a smile. No mini bar, you have to call for it so we didn’t bother. Not even a biscuit to have with a cup of tea.

Location saves it. The cleaner Isabella did a great job and left a cute little duck which my 4 yr old daughter is obsessed with. Towels were clean and plush. Shampoo etc all provided and good quality.

The doors closing are incredibly loud. We could hear them slamming all night. Sofa bed was very thin and worn. There was a wire sticking out of the base that cut both my husband and my leg ( was fixed timely). Couldn’t use the casting to TV service as wifi was so slow and wouldn’t connect. TV in living room kept turning on to welcome screen all night so had to unplug.

Loved the location. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and had access to Cole’s from the property.

View was not as good as last time but still nice. Location very very good. Apartment looking a bit tired and didn’t supply some things. We never had any proper dish washing liquid and not enough tea or coffee.

We absolutely loved all the staff we came in contact with. Went above and beyond to make our first week of school holidays so relaxing. We especially anre grateful to all the cleaners for doing such a great job keeping the place immaculately clean, plus giving us fresh towels when we needed them.

I loved everything about the property .

It was a fantastic location we booked initially for 4 days and wanted to extend it for another week but only got another three days. There was painting going on.

The whole suite was filthy. The bed was tiny and like a rock. There were marks all over the bedroom walls. Half the cupboards in the kitchen were locked. There was nowhere to put clothes because the cupboard was full of loads of blankets and the Hoover etc. We tried casting to the tv and it kept disconnecting. The lights were luke hospital lights. It was just terrible.

On Sunday night we received a notification that there was to be fumigation from 8.30 the next morning. Our plans for a birthday celebration in the unit was ruined as we were unable to make any plans. Consequently, we had to abandon our plans (I did not pay $300 a night for this) and in fact we went home a day early in disgust. This is not good enough Mantra. I accept that fumigation must be done but a little more warning might have allowed us to re arrange our plans. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! We have been coming to this hotel for many years but this will probably be the last time.

Staff were friendly and room was clean and tidy. As usual the view from this hotel is terrific

Was Allocated room on, level 1, no views where there were several empty rooms with views. Bar fridge was empty. Not even water . Paid 330 for a just bed .
