The master bedroom was a little bit dark but still moody due to there being no natural light.

The pool and lounging area is beautiful. Super nice rooms, even better than the photos. Direct access to Coles. Big balcony.

Location was perfect for my needs, room was safe secure , clean and perfect...view was lovely to see the beach was a bonus , i actually couldn't fault my stay at the hotel... the reception staff were very kind and helpful.

On arrival we noticed some kitchen items including frypan and Pyrex dish were not clean and still had bits of crusty food on them also, an item of clothing was left in the washing machine by previous guests.

Free Wi-Fi was limited to 3gb which was disappointing as most people these days use their devices for streaming content. So after 3gb our device would cease playing.

As soon as walked into our room we could see the amazing view of the ocean, what made it extra special was seeing the whales passing through right out the front. I booked the apartment for a surprise for my Husbands Birthday. They made it extra specially by leaving him a note and a Bottle of wine wishing him a Happy Birthday. He loved it. The apartment isn't big but was more than enough for the two of us. It's a little dated but was nice and clean with a great little balcony that takes in the amazing view. The location is very central and you can walk to everything in Mooloolaba. The staff were friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the room to an awful smell in the fridge. I contacted Reception but the 3 Bedrooms were all booked out. The Cleaner came and used Bleach in the Fridge but was unable to remove the smell. My husband washed out the Fridge as I was not going to use it after it had been cleaned with Bleach. After adding Lemon and Bicarbonate Soda the stretch was still unbearable for our whole stay. We therefore could not store food in the fridge or use the kitchen for the duration of our stay which proved very costly and difficult for small children. The room and bedlinen was dusty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. We wonder if it had sat there for a period of time since it had been cleaned and had the bedlinen changed. That might also explain the smell in the Fridge. We found a spill that had not been cleaned up when my husband cleaned out the freezer. We have never had to leave a poor review on a Hotel before but I was very disappointed with our stay. Do not recommend.

Kitchenette was flooded from the fridge defrosting. Bed linen was grubby. There was a broken fingernail on the bedside table and hairs around the place. (They did send someone to fix all this however it took a while and the fingernail wasn't disposed of, I had to). I was there for a conference and at almost every meal they didn't get my dietary requirements correct.

Having a spa bath was lovely.
