I didn't like the smell of the foyer, it wasn't pleasant to my nose. Other's may have loved the smell not me. I wish I knew before booking that the indoor pool was under maintenances and out of action for certain hours of the day.

Location was great, easy access to all the restaurants underneath and a little walk to the patrolled beach. Loved the view from the mountains to the ocean. Room was adequate a little dated and used.

Couple of the staff at the front desk were not great. Only 2 though, the others were great. All good for basic checks in and out, but don't ask questions... lost their happy smiles then. Miss the in room instruction book. Eg. Dishwasher was tiny, how much soap? Washer dryer a big pain. What a waste of energy. 4 hours and clothes still wet. I can do QR codes no problem, but the book is always good as a quick go to for any questions

Everything! We have been regulars to Mooloolaba for the last 20 years. Always stay on the esplanade, except for a couple of occasions. Only stayed at Mantra once previously years ago. However after this stay would put it as a priority for next stay. It us close to everything. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed. Great fresh kitchen (newly refurbished?). Proximity to Coles and BWS is great for incidentals. Great secure parking . Close to the bus stop to get a bus ..anywhere really. Great ocean views and lovely sunny balconies

The bedroom had no window or air con. Very Stuffy. Kitchen was small and no oven and very tiny dishwasher. Couch was not comfortable.

The location was great. However the room could have been bigger for the dollars we paid. View was limited as we were on floor 1 - would have been nicer to be up higher.

Location fantastic being just along from the thriving throng, although there was quite a bit of noise coming from roadworks on the Venning Street intersection at night. View was fantastic as were all the outside facilities, pool, spa, covered eating area, b-b-q and gardens. We will be coming again next year. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Poor Internet. Norton kept reporting that the wireless had been compromised. Wooden Venetian Shutters kin bedroom did little to keep out the lights.

Wish our room/balcony was closer to the beach, there is a very large garden/pool area between the building and the beach.

Loved the proximity to the cafes and supermarket. Great view of the sunrise from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Self contained apartment, but no built in cook top or oven, small bar fridge. Had portable, plug in stove for cooking.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, beach. Neat and tidy, lovely pool area. Coles, Chemist, bakery, bottle shop at the rear of the property.

No shuttle service to the Sunshine Coast airport. Charge for late check out. No instructions for use of washer/dryer combo.

The apartment had Foxtel but not the channels that AFL are televised on! This does seem odd given the number of Victorians visiting the area! And the TV was small for by current standards.

The property was ideally located. It was close to Coles, in fact the hotel had a back entrance to the group of shops near Coles. There is a Bakers Delight, Chemist, Post Office etc. And it was a short walk to the Esplanade and the beach. Our one bedroom apartment was good for our seven night stay and had all of the things needed. The staff were pleasant and helpful when ever we asked questions or required some assistance.

No tea towel to dry dishes and only one towel each . Minor details that didn’t affect our holiday.

Central location, close to all eateries and the beach. No need for a car. The room had everything we needed and was clean with an ocean view. The outside pool and spa area was fantastic. Plenty of lounges and the water temperature was perfect. Staff were pleasant.

Beautiful ocean view, great staff who were always happy to help. Having a very late check out was an added bonus to the stay. Great restaurants close by.
