Nothing , however on checkin I was overcharged by $400 which they reversed straight away but it took the whole stay to come back to me which made it very difficult as it was my spending money for my trip. The staff member was very apologetic

The room was spacious and comfortable , I had a bottle of champagne and strawberries waiting for me as it was my 50th birthday. Lovely surprise

The showers were a little small and not located in the best part of the bathroom made it easy to slip when exiting out while being when, needed a few more towels however we made do, overall great experience

the location was great, the property looked nice and well kept with many of the staff being friendly. the rooms were clean and easy to access with well maintained living areas.

The staff was exceptional. We got there early, and we were allowed to get our room. Room was amazing and spacious, facilities were awesome, breakfast was so good and the bar itself downstairs was so convenient and the staff was absolutely amazing! Definitely well worth it

My only complaint was the pillows, they were absolutely terrible and lumpy. My neck was sore and didn't sleep well because of it. Also, not that it was a big deal but we had a face washer for a hand towel and no other face washers.

Great location, the room was lovely and clean, friendly staff. Bathroom was massive. The bar looked nice but did not have a chance to go in.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, very dry foods that had been left on hot plates too long. Eggs tasted like they had been mixed with some kind of dairy product to the point they didn’t taste like eggs. Shame as the decor was so pretty.

Beautifully decorated and very well situated within a short walk to night life and lots of food options. The rooms were well appointed and beds/pillows were comfortable.

We liked the position! Within walking distance of cbd and lovely restaurants in Hardware Lane. Well priced and very clean and comfortable. The bar is nice to have a drink in the evening.

The location and amenities were excellent. The buffet breakfast and little extras throughout our visit were exceptional.

Parking charges. We were told there was parking on site so on checking in we had to fill in a form for the parking. We thought this was great until we went to check out the next day and was told there was a $49 charge for parking! I told the clerk that it was never mentioned there was a parking charge however she showed me the form and in small writing the charge is written on there. At no point was I ever told by the clerk when I called about parking or while checking in there is a charge for parking.

The suite was amazing we will definitely look at staying again. Huge rooms, lounge, dining, bathroom and a good size bedroom.

The room was relatively clean but could have been better. The kitchen had cutlery and utensils but only a couple of each type. Could have been more generous with these. It could also do with a drying rack in the kitchen. After six days it gets a little annoying for what is a relatively cheap item. The main tap in the sink was super tight and should be fixed.

The bedroom was very spacious even with a double bed in it, a tv on the wall, built in wardrobe and a bench/desk for working or doing your makeup. The lounge was also very large with another TV, large couch, armchair, dining table and full kitchen. The bathroom was also large with a separate bath, shower and vanity and plenty of space to move around. For a person who travels a lot it was a nice change to have so much room. Location was perfect for us, close to both work and Hardware lane.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay special. I booked the hotel for my birthday and the receptionist helped my friends decorate the room and make the night so memorable. They also gave us complimentary wine and food and drink vouchers, and also a left birthday card

Nothing about this accommodation we don't like.

I like the location that just a few door steps from Tram 86 and 96. We just discovered on our last day, that little alley next to the hotel goes directly to the tram stop. Lol. The hotel is rather small but so convenient. We stayed in our 1 bedroom apartment and it has got everything we need; kitchen, utensils, and even washing machine .

Pillows were very rough on skin and their were no bowls for food in the room
