We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom family apartment. It felt really spacious, rooms were large. Staff happily organised 4 single beds plus a sofa for our party of 5. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

no service to the rooms unless you request,apparently because it was a weekend. I did make a request and nothing happened, so i had to go to reception for clean towels

The kitchen utensils and drawers were a bit dirty and old. Breakfast was handy, but average.
Great location, a couple of minutes walk from great cafes and restaurants at Hardware Lane, and the room was clean and spacious. The receptionist who checked us in was lovely and friendly.

Bathroom spa bath wasn't that clean, had previous guests hair in bath. Bathroom floor was quite dirty, dropped white towel on floor and when I picked it up, parts were grey!
Plenty of space in suite. Nice furnishings, comfy bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's central location was perfect, and being accessible by tram made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommended!

Would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water and some biscuits and maybe bigger tv to watch the tennis.
Great location to restaurants, restaurants and shopping. Comfy bed.

This was an expensive stay and certainly not value for money . The Aus tennis open was on which may have contributed . The room we had backed onto an office block which was blocked by depressing brown curtains, the room was an odd setup with a bathroom across from the bedroom in the large rectangular shaped room with the lounge and kitchen in between . The suite lacked any kind of of soul . It was clean but very basic. The natural light was non existent and one couldn’t be in the room without the lights on .

I informed the hotel I wouldn't be checking in till abt 10.pm my flight was delayed so it was abt 11 30pm. The bell on the door didn't seem to work. I rang the hotel several times but calls were never answered. I don't usually panic, but as I was alone, in a darkened street, just off a 4hr flight, I was getting anxious! Luckily another person used a swipe card to open and enter the hotel When I got to reception, a gentleman was dealing with another guest. Once I was able to check in , I raised my concern abt the bell and unanswered calls To which he said ' oh was that you' and smiled. Not the best first impression!
Great location, staff were friendly, room was very spacious & clean. Bathroom had beautiful body washes & hair care I left a phone in my room as I overslept & left in a hurry. I didn't notice for abt 24 hrs( there was no sim it just had many family photos that I was intending on sharing)i rang the hotel and they had it in lost property. We organised for it to be sent home to Perth. It was an effortless secure way to retrieve it.

The air conditioning was noisy and we could not adjust the temperature. It was too hot to sleep.

A clothes line to hang wet clothes that can't be tumble dried would have been great. Restaurant was advertised as being open for dinner, however when we stayed it was only open for breakfast.
The one bedroom apartment was a great size. The kitchenette was adequate, the washing machine and dryer a bonus. Bathroom was roomy, however the shower was quite small.
