The staff weren’t overly helpful, and there was a lot of miscommunication regarding my booking. I was also overcharged, and then told I was wrong for thinking so before you realised it was your mistake.

The 2x rooms I booked were big and accomodating for a group of 7 with all necessities.

People were polite. The room amazed us. The location was perfect for all our needs. The buffet breakfast was 10/10.

the arrival process was not good we couldn’t find the car park and the reception staff weren’t very helpful then had to carry all our luggage up a flight of stairs. the room want cleans properly no only 1 clean towel one day and they completely forgot the bathroom the 2nd day

the rooms and hotel were far too hot. could not control temperature from the room. We had to contact receptionist to change in the main control room. They did try but the room kept getting hotter. on the second night after multiple attempts to lower the temperature we moved rooms at 1am.

It would be nice to have parking onsite but the alternative parking isn't too far away or too difficult to get to from the motel.

The location is amazing. Our 14 year old and her friend loved having their own joined room and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great big room with a bath which was a lovely surprise. Bottle of champagne upon arrival for the birthday we were celebrating.

The strong urine smell in the bathroom. The bar only being open till 8 pm on a Saturday night.

Location, bed, shower, lifts were all of a pleasing standard. Hot chocolate sachets were surprisingly good as well!

Lovely, spacious apartment and close to train stain and trams. 7 eleven stores, restaurants etc close by. Housekeeping and Reception were very helpful

Access to the bar and bar facilities could have been better during the weekdays.

Spacious room/s attached for my family, wife & 2 kids, as they had their own room with single beds. Very comfortable room & beds.

A little short on kitchen utensils eg. we couldn't find any bowls though it wasn't really an issue.

on booking.com it states the room is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It definitely only has one bathroom. It also states that the apartment is serviced (which is what I would expect for the price), on arrival the staff advised that due to COVID (not sure how long hotels can continue using this excuse) the rooms would not be serviced daily and if we wanted our towels changed then we could call reception and they would bring new towels up. we stayed for three nights and requested new towels and the rubbish to be removed from the room each morning but were disappointed that every day late afternoon would come and still this had not been done. generally it would take three calls to reception each day for this to occur. on our booking I requested twin beds in one room, which was not done and then took an hour plus for the staff member to arrive and seperate the beds. With an 8 month old baby all of this was quite annoying!

the location is excellent! plenty of options for dinner and Hardware lane just a short walk away. generous room size (booked the family room)

Could not adjust the heating settings and the noise from the air conditioner was quite loud at night. there was mould growing in the shower.

Great location close to exceptional shopping and entertainment venues. Easy to access.
