AustraliaFacilities were good but we booked a room with 2 separate beds and when we arrived it was 2 single beds pushed together to make a double. While the staff were very accommodating in separating them so that we had a bed to ourselves for the price we paid I expected 2 separate double beds or at the very least 1 double and 1 single.
The location was fantastic. Room was clean and very comfortable.

AustraliaNo luggage lift. The staff knew it was faulty and didn't tell us. I have had cortisone injections in both shoulders and I had to carry 2 x 20kg bags up to the 2nd floor. I am going to take this further if there is no compensation. Never any staff on sites, floor was dirty in bathroom (I have photos), no spoons so had to make tea with a fork. Very disappointing!

AustraliaRoom 113 had the most uncomfortable bed we have every had the misfortune of sleeping on. So bad that I had to sleep on the lounge one night and get a massage the following day. We would say this was a very old mattress indeed and with how affordable mattresses are currently surely the owners could supply a comfortable one. This was really a disgrace!

The bathroom was semi clean..the only highlight of the entire hotel was the location.. down side also if your looking for something quiet. The hotel is in tne middle of pubs and outdoor entertainment so it gets extremely loud at night.

The perfect location! The room was a dual key 2 bedroom with spa bath. It was so spacious. The rooms are at the back of the Courthouse hotel and the sound proofing is really good!

Booking.com Sight showed and stated we had a lot more in August than when I checked after being contacted contacted by Mantra.I ask Checked booking.com. on google it had changed and room queen room had shrunk. $530 for two nights in a shoe box(Hotel room.) We booked 10 months early as we know the weekend is very booked out so and feel we were ripped off. On your web page the Queen rooms are $180 per night

AustraliaThe reception closed at least 5 to 10 minutes before 4.00 I was not told about the car parking or where it was I was not told that checkout would be at 9.00 until late afternoon the day before checkout because beds had to be changed - this was never mentioned when l booked or checked in. On the morning of the beds l had a man open the =door with a key whilst we were still getting ready so l was not impressed. I had kids with me & they would have been upset if it wasn't me who saw him first just standing in our doorway. Absolutely not appropriate at all
