We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaRoom with spa was great. Large, airy. Patio. Right on main street with street atmosphere drawing you out. This also meant it’s noisy … but I rather enjoyed reading a book, drinking wine to live performances filtering in. Quieter after 11pm. Close to markets and Coles. Kitchenette and large fridge. If you want to sleep lots, not for you. But if you’re in and out, it’s convenient with nice views.

AustraliaOur stay was 100% positive, nothing to complain about. Friends arrived briefly to help my husband with the short walk to our evening venue and were so impressed they will book there in the future themselves.
The Mantra went out of their way to accommodate hubbys very recent knee construction and even changed our “no changes” booking when I messed up and booked the wrong date. The suite was gorgeous and so suitable for a person who had just undergone knee surgery. The suite was large, private and ultra comfortable and the location was perfect.

AustraliaThe fact that there weren't any lifts - we didn't notice this until we'd paid a non refundable deposit. It then becomes unforgivable that ther baggage lift was out of order during our stay and we were told that it had been out of order for some time. It should have been a top priority for it to be fixed as luggage had to be hauled up a lot of stairs. Also, maintenance had to be called because one of our party could not get out of her room because the door was jammed. Fortunately we were on hand to be alerted by an SMS. Maintenance attended straight away. Another room also had difficulty with the door being tight.
Location was fantastic, the room was adequate for our needs and the bed was comfortable. The pool was also very good.

AustraliaSeating had been placed under my window. People sat and talked on it at night. The lack of lifts, for carrying luggage. Help was given, as the heavy golf bag was taken to the room for me. On leaving, I had to work out how to work the luggage lift. I did, but was worried I might not get my luggage, as there was a sign at the ground floor, saying it was out of action. Luckily, I could retrieve my luggage.
At the end of my stay. My bus picked me up at the Heritage Mantra. The Mantra on the Inlet got my luggage to the Heritage Mantra. That was very good. I had heavy luggage, golf bag.
