Beds a little too soft. Shower was poorly designed as water leaks all over bathroom floor.

Great pool and games room to keep the family entertained. Good size rooms. Easy 5 min walk to the beach.

Would be good if the hotel offered a free shuttle bus to town. Restaurant needs to improve its food quality.

Beautiful pool, lovely resort style tropical greenery, big modern rooms with smart TV. Great that laundry facilities are available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great housekeeping.

Wyndham sales staff wanting us to go to their information sessions when we are on holiday mode. You do feel pushed to go. Originally sounded pleasant as they want to give you knowledge and a voucher as a gift but once you indicate you’d like to read into the information after attending, the main presenter unfortunately made 1 of our family members feel belittled for asking a question. We had been very interested until he spoke to our table so it is unfortunate this conversation occurred. It upset our family member for the rest of the day and if had known this would happen would have chosen somewhere else to stay so didn’t feel like we were being made to feel guilty for wanting to study a brochure in depth.

Close to Port Douglas. We arrived on AFL grand final day. Bar set up screen/TV for everyone to enjoy. Able to get takeaway coffees downstairs in morning at cafe. Games area is a great idea & quiet sitting areas located around resort. We used these zones regularly. Free fish feeding for kids. Torches being lit in garden at night are a nice touch. Reception staff very helpful. Housekeeping staff are like invisible good fairies-amazing at their job!

It was a bit tired Not enough parking I left a photo of me cuddling koala and although I knew exactly where I had left it and informed the hotel they could not locate it

Room D243: The Shower screen silicon is mouldy and not sealed, so water leaks under the shower. The grout needs a deep clean in both bathrooms. The shower width is tiny in both - with all that room, they could be more luxurious in size. No balcony or view was disappointing and made us feel locked in. The back of the resort could have such a lovely landscaped garden outlook and a small balcony that opens up to take advantage of the tropical environment.

The room smelt mouldy. The bar staff took a long time (10 to 15 minutes) to serve us.

The variability between staff members.Some were invested in their jobs and very helpful, others were very blasé and not particularly pleasant or helpful. Need better lighting in the bedroom. Bedside lights were great but main light was very dim and pretty useless. Suggest a toasted sandwich maker or option for the rooms with kitchens, yes I’m Australian, can’t survive without a toastie…. lol.

Like the size of our room, the pool and surrounds. The daily housekeeping and clean towels.

It would have been helpful if somebody could’ve helped with our luggage and showed us to the room as it was a long way from the reception and we got lost along the way. It is a big resort.

Nothing, check is was quick and service was great. Staff even ground keepers were so knowledgeable. Again only thing would be nice to have few more options on menu.

Not walking distance to Port Douglas, but great if you have a car.

Has lots to offer for family of 4 with teens of 15 and 17. We had 2 spacious rooms, one was overlooking the lovely pool. Has onsite laundry, restaurant, spa and gym. Free access to dartboard, pool table, table tennis table and a couple of arcade games.

The water that came out of the taps or residue in the kettle.Tea tasted awful and although it was our usual brand of coffee, it did not taste as it usually does.

Great room, lovely staff, excellent location with all amenities you could need. Property feels built into the rainforest which adds to the calming feel.
