The wardrobe tile floor in 10a has evidence of water damage stains from the shower/bathroom and needs scrubbing. .

Perhaps the furniture in our apartment could be updated. The cooling system was very effective. Perhaps some wall signage of direction to our apartment would have been helpful when we initially arrived .

We had our own kitchenette . Easy walk to the supermarket and our daily coffee. Handy having a lift especially when arriving with our luggage. The garden and pool area was wonderful and very well maintained . The pool temperature was just right and very refreshing.

Check out 10am even though staff organised our transfer for 11am. No staff on reception to ask for later check out before morning of leaving.

So close to everything in port Douglas. Good air con. Easily accessible for access to everything needed while in port Douglas.

The deck getting into the pool was not the safest to get in or get out. Deck was in need of repair.

The hotel was in a great location. Great not having children running around. Pool was great. Room was great.

Carpark spaces are a bit narrow, and some spaces are not as well lit as others. The bed was two singles pushed together, so had a hard divide down the middle.

The apartment was spacious, great lounge/tv area, with all the facilities we needed. The clean midway through was quite thorough. Huge pool and more than enough space for everyone to enjoy. Lots of brochures available at reception. Only a couple of minutes to walk to Macrossan St, so location is excellent! We loved it here.

Great position, close to beach, restaurants, marina. We had a large room, overlooking pool area. generously sized terrace/balcony area,. Staff always helpful and pleasant.. Pool complex of a good size very usable, accessible and enough sun lounges for all.

Wished there was different bed clothing - the blanket was on the older side and didn't seem freshly laundered. We had to take it our of the cupboard to use it otherwise there was only a top sheet on the bed. Also didn't have the ability to open the bedroom window as there was no flyscreen and therefore had to continue using the air conditioning throughout the night.

Nice pool abutting room, we stayed on the ground floor but not all rooms provide direct access the pool from your room. Laundry and drying facility. No Children policy. The bed was way way too soft . Kitchen well set up and easy to self cater. Nice outdoor BBQ area.

certain bays in the car park had poles hanging from chains , not marked with hazard tape. Our rental car had an automatic boot door that hit one of these and damaged the paint work. Would have liked some bar facilities during the day or a vending machine that sold drinks and snacks

We had a bit of a musty spell, in bathroom, bedroom smelt of smoke. But good size unit

. We stayed on 02B, we upgraded for the convenience of being close to the pool, for the "swim up" option. Swim up, it diffinately was, the getting in and out was another matter, especially the getting out. We felt the getting out could be made alot easier and safer by the addition of steps attached to the wooden decking or edge of the pool. The handle currently there helps very little as there is nothing to pull yourself out of the pool on. The bath in our studio unit diffinately needs a good scrub with an abrasive to remove the dirty marks. Or replace the bath as the unit itself is starting to look a little tired, and for the price we paid, to be honest, (which I'm sure you want us to be), we expected better. We mentioned to the front desk about the noisey ceiling fan, which apparently it couldn't be replaced until the Tuesday, our departure day, coincidence or not? This was according to a guy who was at reception when we followed up on our request. We're not convinced he even listened to it, he spoke as if he knew about it so why hadn't it been replaced or adjusted. There wasn't an option for "roll together" with the bed, it's the complete opposite. We looked at turning the mattress around but they are zipped together. We think because the edges of the bed are sat on often this has worn the edges down which makes you roll to the edge. So that's our honest feedback, we hope you take this on board as there is alot of competition in Port Douglas. The weather was awsome 😊

Nothing the hotel can do anything about but the traffic noise was terrible. Aim for a room that faces the pool instead.

Great location in terms of being close to the action. Great desk staff. Nice pool and spa. Easy parking. The studio room is very small but the 1 bedroom apartment is nice and spacious. Clean and well equipped. Lovely setting. And of course Port Douglas is just lovely.
