The apartment was on the main road so traffic was a bit loud and our balcony was not pleasant to spend time on -looking at the street. We asked for a pool facing room but were told none were available. The apartment has terrible lighting, all bright white like a hospital. The decor is tired and drab. Our air con kept cutting out and the staff tried to fix it but it kept happening so it was hot in there. Accommodation is very basic, bed not so comfy. I expected more.

The pool area is pretty and we enjoyed the hot tub. Location is walkable to the town.

The rating suggested a more quality accomodation but in reality it was maybe a 3 1/2 star. Couldn’t even get a doona for our bed was told the blanket was all there was - not sure it was even clean as it was folded up in cupboard.

The pool was not as I expected. We had a deck with direct access to the pool but it was very difficult to actually get into the pool, there being no steps in on our part. Also, the way the pool set up was designed, people in the deck chairs or the spa pool looked directly into our unit. There was no privacy at all once you were in the pool, it felt like all units faced the pool - it was hot so everyone was on their balcony. The unit was smaller than I thought, there was traffic noise, the washing machine and dryer were not actually inside the unit, but outside in a small foyer shared by the two units- so, not secure. It was hard to keep the unit cool - the air conditioner seemed to have a limiter on it and it was noisy so we couldn't use it at night if we wanted to sleep, which of course we did. There were ceiling fans which helped a little. It was very overpriced in my opinion - for the price I was expecting to at least be comfortable. It was disappointing.

Liked the wooden shutters. Underground secure carpark kept the car cool. The gardens around the units were nicely done, love the tropical plants.

The food preparation area was very small and made it difficult to wash up or prepare food.

It was very clean, the ensuite bedroom and self catering facilities were ideal for cooking light meals. There was a small table and chairs to eat at which was very useful. We had a lovely view out over the pool and our stay was very relaxing and quiet.

Only one point: Just note that the mattresses were extremely soft and “sinky” to the point of not offering much back support etc, and as a matter of personal preference this was uncomfortable to sleep on; you may find the same if you prefer to sleep on a standard to firmer mattress; apparently these are the same throughout all rooms.

paid for poolside room. Our room/ deck received no sun. Access out of pool was terrible. The couple staying room next to us were also not happy with poor provision to get out of pool. Not good value for money. Look elsewhere

Have stayed here previously and was very happy however really disappointed this time. Facility dated and poor value for money. No room service and even asked to clean and empty rubbish on leaving. Rarely saw any staff.

the location is fantastic compared to the main town area. everything was thought about such as an umbrella for the rain, coffee and tea, hair products, hair dryer, safe, clean linen and towels, pool towels. there was nothing we could think of that could’ve additionally been thought or or provided

very noisy every morning before 7.30 am we were awoken by a leaf blower right outside our door even Sunday morning the toilet made a squeaky noise for a couple of mins after each flush and the final straw was the renovations going on next door pulling up tiles. so many signs saying be courteous when on phone outside and don’t play loud music etc. management should take a leaf out of their own book. tap in kitchen squirted water in your face. not great.

Everything about the property was exceptional. The property was extremely clean and rooms comfortable. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly and their recommendations for activities and restaurants are spot on.
