The unit was very small for 2 couples and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

no wifi or phone signal, very dirty (including dishes), noisy kids running around all night who also stole stuff from our veranda! Neighbours smoking both sides wafted into our cabin!

Not very clean, full of cobwebs, freeze had leftover ice creams from previous customers. Bed was way too hard. Was like sleeping on the floor. Bed would move every time my partner rolled over. Bedroom remote didn’t work even after battery charged.there were spiders in shower. Bin in toilet had urine dried on lid

We liked the look of the cabins on the outside, the cabins were nice and clean, the pool was nice and clean and relaxing, I though it was a lot bigger from the image that is in the add. The site was in a good location a short drive to everything.

The facilities are very run down. Games room smells of serve dampness and mould. Pool has green algae all around edges. ( would not be hard to keep clean). Pool water was very strong smell of chemicals and caused my son to get itchy when he got out. Jumping pillow not in use and was not advised why?. 2 bedroom inland cabin was very run down and was not clean. Would not even let me son have a shower, as the shower grates for a disable use had not been cleaned and mould up wall of corner of shower. Photos advertised online for cabin we booked were nothing like the cabin we got. Was not advised on check in to not drink the water due local water supply being unsafe to drink. We had booked to stay for 4 nights and could not stay for one more minute and ended up leaving early. I questioned why there were so many reviews stating accommodation was good then I received email from Tasman to advise if we left a review you could enter to win $500 accommodation voucher each month. Not really the way to ask for honest reviews.

Reception contacted me to say they weee there until 5.00 yet received information for after hours check in at 4.45 and we got to location at 4.51. After hours check in was good with a detailed letter with description of check in.

Dripping toilet, porch lights you can't turn off which attracts the mozzies that get in everywhere

There was a night light that was automatically turned on. Faced straight into my room, even with blinds, it lite the room up. Needed an eye mask. I was there for 5 days and tv didn’t work once, no signal. While my room had the perfect view, location of the park seemed a distance from town.

The view from my room looked right over the Murray. Park was quiet at night time.

Sadly the photos make the holiday park look newer than what it is, so it’s misleading. The bbq area and chess game was old and worn out, the jumping pillow wasn’t inflated for the many kids who were there to enjoy. The games room was disgusting and dirty, machines not working and the token machine takes your money and doesn’t give you any tokens. There is no option for the staff to give you a refund which is terrible. Although there was a huge movie screen, there was no movie for the kids to enjoy. The settlers 2 bedroom bungalow was muggy even with an air conditioner. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a fan so it was hot during the night in that room. The shower water temperature was hot then cold each time. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

The coloured cottages along the Murray looked cute, but too many bull ants. The pool was a good size but needs a freshen up. The staff were lovely.

Was disappointed that the jumping pillow wasn’t up and running. Would have been great to of known this prior to arrival with 3 kids in toe that were excited about this.

Rubbish bins overflowing. No walk by river. Ugly appearance of paths to cabins. Hardly any shrubs. Bare and ugly.

The ducks pooping in the pool was a big turn off . The couch was too low not much support . Couldn’t light the gas cooktop .
