Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Clean and comfortable! Our room was quiet, spacious and suited our needs for the weekend. Parking for a larger car was an additional bonus. Staff were lovely.

We stayed in room 214. We got back to the room from a good night out and to relax, calm down. We put on the TV but there was no netflix or streaming, or casting on the TV. We usually stay in room on the first floor, which is always awesome for us. On the other side. The beds are very comfortable, the staff there are fantastic. Will stay there again for sure, but will request the usual room. Thank you

Road noise from early morning. To be expected on a busy junction in the city centre

Only frying pans for cooking. Requested and got another frying pan and very large pot. Very few coat hangers Hair dryer very noisy and hot. Was worried it might go up in flames
Compact but liked having the kitchen so we could cook. Allergies make it difficult to eat out.

Older lady receptionist not believing the reason I told her when asking if I could be put on wait list for an extra day. She said “people come up with all sorts of excuses”, when I told her I had to stay an extra night due to medical issues. The Asian girl was beautiful and welcoming.
Absolutely comfortable beds even if it was the bed memory foam topper. Great sleep!

Room, whilst older, was clean. Perhaps consider painting the bathroom door. The rest of the room looks spectacular. It feels like the bathroom was overlooked. All in all, very clean and tidy. The gentleman on overnight was VERY helpful when my room key wouldn't work - went abve and beyond

The mattress was not great, last time I stayed (different room) it was great. Couldn't find the bedside light switch. Needs a microwave and more coffee/sugar if you're staying more than 1 night!

Noise of traffic from our room and bathroom shower has a small tiles lip on entry and if you don’t step up you kick you toe or foot bathroom quite small

It was really good value for money and the room was well maintained, staff were lovely. Personally not a fan that you take a photo copy of my passport and keep it in an unlocked drawer in the managers office. Had a bit of trouble with identity theft before so felt a bit uneasy about it, and not sure why it has to happen after I checked in and paid. Apart from that nice stay.
The room was really nice, just stayed there one night cause I caught a bus from Roma Street. Cindy bed. Nice coffee machine and balcony.

The price has gone up dramatically since the refurbishment but there hasn’t been a significant increase in the level of amenities.
