The pool was small, and in general, the place was a little dated

the fact that you could check in up until 2pm but when we got there at 1:30pm reception was locked. I had also phoned from the airport after disembarking to advise that our plane was delayed and we had just landed and would be on our way and be there before 2pm

Part of the reason for booking Montego Sands was to have use of the swimming pool,, unfortunately because of adjacent construction work and retiling to several of the balcony's at Montego, which created early noise and dust we were unable to use either the balcony or the pool for relaxation. We were not advised of this on booking our 4 week stay

Apartment was enough to suit our needs, hot water, clean linen, bathroom and kitchen facilities were good, washing machine and tumble dryer. Swimming pool.

We arrived late, check in was super easy. Room was fine, we didn't have time to test the pool. Close to beach and easy walk to shops. We normally stay down the road and love the area. Would recommend and staff were friendly. Would stay again.

Climbing up 3 flights of stairs with all the luggage was really tiring and exhausting. There was a construction site right next door which started at 7am so I couldn’t get much of a sleep-in.

I loved the room. The mattress was comfortable and so was the pillows.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable especially the fold up bed... unable to sleep on it as you could feel the bars thru the mattress... Was very scary when the toaster blew up with sparks and huge bang... my daughter was very shaken by it as it happened in her face... but the staff were very prompt and quick to assust and fix which we apprecuated... unfortunately after we left i had x2 ph calls from someone with my details of the booking including my credit card dertails, they said they were unable to procesd my payment it had been declined. I had not usedvthe credit card to pay as i had paid by efypos on arrival... and luckily i did not leave any money on the credit card i had given when i booked so the person could not take any money... when i checked the phone number it was not the montego sands number so somehow my booking details must have been leaked or hacked ... very dussapointing... I informed the sands and Lauren who i spoke to was lovely and she knew i had paid on arrival... i just wanted them to be aware that someone was trying to scam saying they were from the montego sands resort..

That the staff were ansolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome... the accomadion was clean and smelt lovely on entering.

Considering the good price there was nothing to complain about. A little dated furniture and bedding, but perfectly fine.

Easy after hours check in. It was a quiet spot- despite construction next door. Enough room for the three of us for our short stay, walking distance to the Glink tram and beach. Carpark underground- height was not a problem for our 4x4. Kitchenette, washer and dryer all provided. Friendly staff.

the property is not really modern like other more expensive accommodation. But the bed was comfortable howbeit a bit noisy when moving. Really good hot water and pressure. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Quite adequate without the frills. Would stay there again. new manager (Lillian) went out of her way to help.

As the bathroom door was a french door, unfortunately the bathroom could have been more private. However that was such a minor factor! The decor and furniture was a tad outdated, but once again, a very minor factor!

A wonderful stay which met our needs. The apartment was clean and close to the tram. Great secure parking. The staff were friendly and helpfully met our needs for a later check-in.
