They basically expect you to clean for the next guest so bowls/plates etc are a bit grubby (no dishwasher) Bedroom and bathroom are clean though*

It was clean very well presented and easy access to their parking. The unit was very well supplied with everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again. Close to the beach and walking path in the mornings.

Great position. I didn’t want to spend huge money as I was waiting to take keys for my new home. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The service. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. There was a metal straw and when I took it out the amount of scum slime that poured out made me vomit! Dirty around the microwave and the washing machine Wardrobe doors didn't open and close without coming off rails Rusty broken blinds in the bathroom Noisy construction next door Tenant in apartment beside spa was using power tools causing noise and dust while we tried to use spa Dirty old Plasters in bottom of what we thought was a freshly made bed Only 1 towel each no hand towel

Next to a building site. The room was very tired and needed a decent clean. The third floor walk up was tricky with large suitcases. The louvre bathroom doors were not practical or private for a group, would be okay for a couple.

Was okay for a short overnight stay, however very tired. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were going to address issues raised with cleaning staff. Location good could walk to Broadbeach and Oasis Centre.

Unit smelt of cheap deodoriser. Very dated and damaged. Minimal kitchen equipment. Dirty lounge. Noisy hallway.

The apartment was a little dated but it was spacious and clean. The location was great only a two minute walk from the beach and close to bus/tram stops.

Internet. There are different public wifis you can connect to, but none of them works. I had to use my mobile data. All other resorts have private wifi per room. This is really the thing the resort has to improve on. The contruction site near the resort. It's very noisy from early morning to late afternoon. I understand it's not their fault, but this is a long term construction that will still happen for a while there. Improving window isolation would be a thing to consider.

We got a 2 rooms unit, while we ordered a 1 room.

It was so dirty. There was a massive layer of dust and god knows what else all around the top of the tiles around the toilet !!!! The ceiling fans had a big layer of dust Alison. The decor was Uber daggy. sheets seemed clean though. Shower head was broken and a lot of the apartment was ready for a makeover.

Went to check in, no one at reception. Called phone number on wall & was told to check email for directions to check in, even though reception should have been open. Apartment bathroom was filthy with previous guests hair in the shower and basin drain. Dust and hair down the side of the bed. Conveniently was left the most useless vacuum cleaner just sitting out in the apartment to use. Guess they couldn’t be bothered to do a proper clean before our stay.

Location was great. That is the only thing.

When we first walked in noticed that the carpet was really old and worn and the place smelt very musky. The toilet seat was broken and the fold-out bed hadn't been steam cleaned for a long while and had a dirty sheet on it and the mattress cover had dark stains on it. We were unlucky to have Unit 3 which was right next to the entrance so didn't have much privacy.

Close to the surfbeach and Broadbeach. The place was clean.
