Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Australiait’s a long way out of town, maybe a 20 minute round trip. Now that the restaurant has closed, the motel should rethink its basic room equipment. At the very least a microwave should be included.

AustraliaUnfortunately, having gone to bed and sleep early because we had an early start and long drive the next day, the people in the next room returned at 10.00pm and put on the TV at full volume. This woke my wife who then had a terrible night's sleep. It continued until after midnight. My wife didn't bang on the wall or otherwise make a protest because she didn't want to wake me up.

AustraliaThere were no toiletries provided. The floor sloped in the room, which made sleeping uncomfortable as the bed was leaning. The air conditioner was very noisy, and the shower was squealing so loudly when in use. There should have been covers on the food at breakfast, as there were children touching and playing with things on the table.
Great location, very quiet and relaxing. Set way off the street, large spacious location. Fresh milk was provided, not long life, and brownies on arrival. Hostess was happy and pleasant.
