The property was in a quiet, picturesque location. The room was very comfortable with a little kitchenette. We needed more crockery, glasses and cutlery. It was lovely to have access to the golf course and Country Club.

Pathway lights in front each room stayed on all night need to be on timer off 11pm. Back on 7am problem was it was so bright in the room even when curtains closed and you can not turn off from your room

No furniture outside our back garden area, there were a few settings t/out but gaps like ours, we were not sure if we had to move one if needed, so didn't in case we upset other guests, this meant we didn't get to use the area.

Spacious main room and good size bathroom, . Very pleasant setting we had view of pool.

Just slightly dated decor

Nice place to break our trip from Bright, great facilities although room was slightly dated. The pool was great we made good use of it as it was very hot . The country club was on site and the meals were good.

Constantly having to activate the light at the BBQ’s. Power for light is cheap!!

Here to see Swan Hill, the Murray River and play golf at MurrayDowns Golf & Country Club. Rooms are roomy and good. Perfect location if you have a car. Great pool and hot spa. Meals at the golf club across the road are fantastic. Golf course is exceptional, I’m a club member in Perth at Mt Lawley and this course is beautiful, testing and in great condition.

Screen off window of second bedroom so was unable to leave window open. Cold water tap in bathroom 'C' indicator label kept coming off, door locking was hit and miss, sometimes after locking was found to infact not be secure so needs some attention. As a group booking would have liked queen bed in main bedroom to be able to converted to 2 single beds.

Environment was great, pool facilities and time of use suited us perfectly, short walk to dining facility was just right, staff friendly, outdoor area well kept, rooms well stocked with kitchen utilities.

What a hidden gem. Lovely quiet location with comfy bed and plenty of room to relax. Loved being able to walk to the restaurant where the food was delicious and a well run, friendly club.

No aircon in the bedroom only in the main living room. The website states there’s a kids club however when I enquired at reception during our stay, they seemed to think they haven’t had one since before covid. This was disappointing as we had 8 kids in our group, some older ones that really would have enjoyed some kind of games room.

The rooms location were excellent. We were very close to the pool/BBQ facilities and the scenery out the back was unbelievable. Especially on dusk with the wildlife coming out to join us. Perfect for multiple families coming together for meals and games etc.

Would have liked some background music around pool area. Extra lighting around pool area and would suggest having a drink and snack bar as well.

Two bedroom apartment needed more then one reverse cycle. Was very hot and uncomfortable throughout the night. The interior is ageing and needs some cosmetic love
