We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

What a cute little hotel with a lot of character! Budget one nighter- not a lot of space, but a lot of comfort! A little verandah out front, and a place for your car! So tidy, and cute thoughtful touches. Thanks for the stay!

Location was great, right next to the river. Parking was right outside the room. Room was on the small side, but comfortable. The only negative was the fridge is very close to the bed and quite noisy which kept me awake as I forgot bring ear plugs

Chose it as it was dog friendly. Perfect for us & our dogs. Loved the room , the quiet location. Nicely mowed lawns for pups to stretch their legs. It was comfy , good aircon & fan. All we hoped for. ❤️

It wasn't easy to spot the actual accommodation as it seemed more like an ordinary house with the result one drove into a sheltered village.
The room was a little larger than some which made travelling with large suitcases, as an international traveler might, a good point. The staff made efforts to walk well away from us as we were eating breakfast on the verandah. A beautiful large dog was a delight.

Very nice modest unit, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Just what we were looking for. Note that you need a car or uber to get to fast food or a restaurant. And a suggestion for the motel to add an outlet with a USB charging port. However, you can use USB chargers by plugging them into the back of the TV, but they only charge when the TV is on.

Room 3 has an awkward parking arrangement, and the chap next to me parked his huge 4WD Ute partway onto the grass to plug in for his electric fridge or something ( don't think his vehicle was electric but who knows) making it extremely difficult for me to park and I actually damaged my car on the concrete drain/ culvert close by. trying to get out.. Parking needs to more clearly marked so others can see it not just the occupation of the room. Otherwise I really like the motel..

I suffer with dustmite allergies, so seeing the ceiling fan with coating of dust as well as the bed head it not good for my allergies. Shame because the rest of the place was simple and tidy.
Very easy check in and clea instructions. Loved seeing all the doggies. Also two TV's in each room.

My booking stated room with sea view which was very misleading The property is near a river but you can't see it from rooms

The shower in this unit had drainage issues. But the other units I have stayed in were fine.

Family next door were extremely noisy till late in the evening but that's obviously not the accomodation's fault :).
This was just a stopover but it was a lovely, quiet location with easy access and convenient parking. Close to town and a lovely park across the road where my doggo could stretch her legs. The room was clean and well-equipped. A touch small with no indoor seating but it did state "compact" on the booking. In saying that, there was a table and chairs on the balcony which worked fine for my needs. Communication was excellent with the staff member I dealt with when I had to organise changing dates, very accomodating.
