Everything was easy and location was great. The bed was very soft which was uncomfortable for us but others may prefer this. Decor is dated but overall it was fine.

No instructions on how to operate the rooftop spa. When I arrived it was running but wasn't the second time I went to use it. Staff had told me it runs all the time. I reported it but got no feedback. Next morning when I asked about it I was told it had been checked and was running but it wasn't. Consequently I only got to use the spa once in 5 days which wasn't what I paid for. The area on the rooftop wasn't very clean and had a previous guest's empty beer can on the floor.
Apartment was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen utensils etc were adequate. Room was lovely and cool when I arrived. Parking was secure and worry free.

A little disappointed that we didn’t get the room we booked as it was being decorated so had to go up 2 floors to get to jacuzzi and roof top area. Unit was smaller too.

Me personally... the bed was terrible. Did not sleep at all the first night as it was just too uncomfortable. Second night was marginally better but not by much. Seriously considered the couch but they were too small for me to lie on. So glad to be back home in a comfortable and supportive bed.
Location was close to everything and we basically walked everywhere. So many shops and restaurants out front. Pool was also good and we spent every afternoon swimming. Room was good. Not much equipment to cook with if you wanted to, and we normally do, but with the number of restaurants around we just ate out instead. We chose the top floor and for us it was so good. Great to be able to look out over the other buildings and a beautiful breeze every day keeping the place cool.

The only thing we would like it was a black out curtain in your bedroom.
This place is amazing! Comfortable bed, clean room. Amazing location next to The Wharf and Mooloolaba Beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment in general is a little dated but functional. The bathroom in our opinion could do with an update - there is lack of shelving so would be good to have shelving to pop your toiletries on, installing a combo shower head would be great and removing the giant spa bath would be good but it was functional and did its job. WIFI was a little weak at times so we used our hotspot instead.
Location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and all amanities, the apartment had everything you would need, it was super clean, had a separate laundry room, undercover car parking available at no extra cost and staff were friendly.

The bed was slight worn and the mattress has collapsed over time.
The location of this is perfect only a short work to the beach and centre of town with many local shops and cafes just across the road from the wards.
