Ceiling was unfinished. It was quite disturbing that it was left unpainted, an unacceptable unfinished job. The room was advertised for three but there was only one bed for two and no option of adding a single bed when there's enough room for it

Located close to tram links and restaurants around docklands. Area a little soulless in comparison with the vibrant cbd. Didn't use facilities but hotel was clean. Staff helpful too. Great coffee downstairs which was a bonus.

Had to ask twice and waited 45min for the bedding for the sofa bed. That was the only issue.

The cleaning of the room was every 4th day it would have been better to be every 3rd or 2nd. But you can order small room service at the desk.

The location was great, the aces to the parking, and connection to the supermarket, liquor store and pica place just cross the road. Nice view to the west and big window non the balcony to see the sunset on a good day. Nice small kitchen and large enough room to feel comfortable.

Stayed in room 204, right next to an access door I think it was to the carpark, unfortunately was very loud when people came in and out of the external door, frequently and late into the night/early in the morning

It was a bit tricky getting from the carpark to reception as the hotel levels and carpark levels don't line up. Even though you can get to the hotel from the carpark you have to have a keycard so you have to go back out on the street and enter the hotel from the street entry to check in. The signage is also misleading making it difficult to find reception when you're checking in. Views from the room weren't great.

Excellent location - so much right at your fingertips. Especially loved you could get to the Woolworths complex with out leaving the building. Great for evening/night time last minute shops. Room exactly as advertised - perfect for travelling with a baby. It had the separate bedroom and a bath tub. Bed was excellent, so comfy, everything was very clean and modern. The TV'S had built in Chromecasts which made evening relaxing very easy. The carpark was spacious with plenty of parking available. Would stay here again.

Second time staying in a month. Highly recommend this motel, so quiet and so much better than the hussle in the city! Staff are also friendly and supermarket and chemist right below you. Only could note the shower leaked all over bathroom floor, which hopefully the cleaners seen my note.

Only one wine glass, some of the room was a bit tired looking but not a major.

Reception staff were super friendly plus great location. Easy to get into city by tram. Great views and clean, comfortable room.

Sofa bed wasn't made up so we had to ask for bedding and make it up ourselves despite booking for 3 people. There was also no teabags or milk in the room on arrival.

location was convenient, easy access to supermarket, ice rink, city. Kitchen facilities are very handy to have.

Balcony was left with some rubbish laying around but easy enough to be looked after and not bother my stay.

The blackout curtains in the bedroom were such a welcome touch, rooms were super tidy and clean and everything needed was provided or within walking distance to obtain.

The experience was good. Unfortunately our door was slightly broken and slammed every time it was opened/shut which meant we had complaints from other stayers. Sorry for this inconvenience.
