Vertical blind in second bedroom was broken. Also one of the TVs was temperamental!

Excellent location. Self catering. Basic 3 bedder suitable for a family though we did see other more luxurious apartments if required.

Communication could be better. I was advised to pop into reception for check-in and replied that I "will be there around 4.30pm. Is the reception open 24hours?". My message remains unanswered. My flight was delayed and got there at 5.20pm, expecting reception to still be open, but they were closing at that time, and the receptionist told me he had been waiting for me!

Great location next to restaurants on Tedder. Nice indoor pool area for swimming. Big apartment.

There was no scrub brush or spray n wipe in the kitchen

Such a spacious apartment with everything we needed, pool was wonderful and the soundproofing meant we did not hear other guest. The view from the balcony was lovely and such an easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

While the apartment was tidy and clean, there was some room for improvement with the kitchen utensils and crockery. One of the quilt covers also had some old stains on it. It would have been good to have been provided a broom or vacuum to help us keep the place clean during our week stay too.

The apartment was so spacious and very quiet. Super close proximity to the beach, shops, cafes/restaurants and only a 5-20min drive to get to all other locations and activities we wanted to do. Having parking included made life so much easier. The pool and BBQ facilities were fantastic!

Only downside was the lack of toilet paper, dish wash liquid etc. for the money I do feel those things should be included in the price.

Loved the location to the Beach, Tedder Ave shops and the restaurants etc - Great parking, great pools and love the BBQ area.

The bare minimum starter pack. We stayed for 5 days but had 1 dishwasher tab. Would be good to have a dishwasher tab per day. Had to go buy a whole pack for the 5 days.

What a fabulous property. The beds are comfortable, the shower heads and the bath tub is amazing, the location is perfect, easy to access to trams, not to far from the beach, amazing array of restaurants close by. Highly recommend this property.

The second bedroom was directly off the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining, only separated by lightweight louvre doors, so this room was very noisy. There was also construction going on just over the road which started early in the morning, and there was hammering / building work in a nearby apartment which was also noisy, so all this really disrupted our sleep.

The apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, and the facilities were great (pools, tennis court etc). It's in a good location with a lovely sea view. The apartment is really spacious and was perfect in terms of size for our group of 3 adults & 2 kids. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful.

The property was in a lovely neighborhood and close to the beach. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable.

1. Mattresses were very firm (cheap).. 2. There was only a very small 80l hot water tank for the whole unit. Being a 3br, 80l is too small. We ran out of hot water every day. But it didnt take too long to heat more, we just had to wait. 3. The layout of the rooms seems odd: The main bedroom with ensuite had only a double bed, yet a king in the 2nd bedroom with no ensuite.

Fantastic Location and great facilities. Room was clean, feature packed with high end whitegoods. Views were spectacular. Value for money was there.

Construction across the road woke us every day at 6am (except Sunday). We decided to eat in one night with a frozen pizza and no oven trays. Indoor pool felt cold to the touch, and the spa had a level of grime so we didn’t use it.

Location was great near Tedder Ave close to cafes, beaches etc. had everything we needed (except a pizza oven tray). Modern, convenient, warm beds in winter, easy parking (2m and suitable for a 4wd) friendly staff. Washing/dryer convenient.

Beds quite uncomfortable as were the pillows and lack of duvet Very basic supplies ie sugar, toilet paper, and conveniences. Little things would make a big difference

Small hot water system , not enough hot water for 4 people. The bedside table lambs can’t reach the power point and not enough wall power points in the bedrooms.

We just didn't like the open-plan ensuite (no doors) in the main room, also not enough replacement kitchen and toilet requirements. Thats all!

We were upgraded to the deluxe three-bed apartment, it was amazing, very spacious, and modern apartment, we loved the views and the location, very close to cafes and restaurants. We also got the Two-bed apartment which was also very nice.
