The balcony area could be more beautiful, to match the inside, I thought it could be put to better use!

Would have loved lighting to light up the tennis court at night. Would have used it much more as I was out mostly through the day. That is all though.

I really enjoyed the large size of the apartment and the amneties the resort provided. Sustainable ammount of living needs was supplied in the apartment, eg: extra bedding, utensils, heating, crockery, lights, cutlery, vacuum, laundry etc.. Nice cosy feel to the resort and loved the indoor pool and spa. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accomodating!

The facilities are tired, and the steam room didn’t work. The acoustics between apartments is poor, and you can hear the noise from the neighbouring apartments. Unfortunately our dishwasher flooded the floor.

There were a lot of issues - each small in itself, but they added up to impact our impression and enjoyment considerably. The apartment is poorly equipped. You have to buy your own dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, salt & pepper, dishcloth and other basics that really should be provided when you’re paying over $600 a night. Not enough toilet paper. No means of making coffee, not even a plunger. It was not properly cleaned (dirt on the floor, and someone’s razor cap left on shower floor, so that probably wasn’t cleaned either). The shower door was broken, the soap holder was hanging off the wall, and the bedside light switch had live wires exposed. There is only 1 item provided per person (one knife, one fork, one glass, one plate etc), which is a pain as you have to wash up all the time. The fan in the twin bedroom switches off automatically after 6 hours and there is no air conditioner in that room, so you have to get up in the middle of the night to turn the fan back on. We were told the towels would be replaced after 5 nights, but they weren’t. In itself this didn’t particularly matter as we could wash them ourselves - but what did matter was the staff did not do what they said they would. All these issues did impact on our stay. They should all be easy to fix, and I hope they will be as this place has all the potential to be great.

This has the makings of a great place to stay. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and 1 minute from Tedder Ave, with shops and restaurants. There are two pools and a well equipped gym. It is a good sized apartment for a family of 5-6 - plenty of space, nice set up and good view. Good wifi.

The kitchen did not have any drinking glasses and insufficient cutlery and crockery for 6 people (noting it’s a 3bdrm apartment).

The apartment was very dirty. Hair and fingernails in the rugs. Coke, straw and card found in the cupboard from previous guests. Not ideal when travelling with four children. Wifi was terrible, although a good excuse not to watch TV or have children on their devices.

Rubbish left in our room in kitchen from last guests, only one toilet roll to last a week, no garbage bags for a week, no face washers, not enough dishwashing liquid and laundry power to last a week, when travelling it’s to much to expect to buy all this stuff when u know you won’t use it all. I think for over 2000 dollars for 5 nights these things should be better thought out… Other than that it’s okay thanks

Lifted mat to move it when we got there due to having elderly people on walker, sand all under it had to vacuum before we started holiday, grit all over floors, dryer did not work, beds to hard.

Dirty towel in room hanging on ranchslider door upon entry. Heatpump in bedroom was not working. No duvet for bed, just a thin blanket and mink blanket (one of which had a yucky stain on it) Coffee machines was having issues, had to restart after each coffee. Major lack of supplies, definitley not enough toilet paper, dish liquid etc for six people for four days (only enough for one couple one night) were told we had to buy extra ourselves. No kitchen supplies, just salt and pepper. Other rooms had simple condiments but ours did not. Only one tea towel for the entire stay. Lack of seating, no barstools. Only one towel per person for the entire stay, no flannels. Room really needed a deep clean, dust on the skirting boards, shower head was leaking, we managed to repair it. Bathroom and bedroom in master was one big room, no door to separate. Such a shame as the room is lovely and updated, but not up to minimal standards for an apartment, let alone the extra we paid for the delux room.

Room was updated and modern. Staff were lovely and very accomodating. Nice that there was a pool and hot tub.
