Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I’m not sure if it was because of school holidays but the bathroom in our room wasn’t as clean as it normally is . And the mattress was a little too firm for us .
We love our trip here . We stay here every year . Pool was lovely and warm . Room was warm . Check in was seamless the lady on the desk has greeted me the last couple of years and is always so happy and friendly .

Great location, close to shops and to the restaurant for a meal. Only a short drive into Launceston and other locations.

It was clean and comfy , but, the maintenance of bathroom facilities need attention things were falling apart. tap handles in shower , shower head loose, toilet seat loose. other than great place to stay.

The rooms were newly renovated and had a lovely modern feel and comfort. Very clean and having Netflix was a bonus. The retro playground although in need of an update was an absolute blast from the past. My kids loved it. The staff were lovely and they were able to accommodate our request to leave an item for another company to pick up.

Clean comfortable room that was exactly as advertised. Great modern bathroom with a terrific shower. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool and spa, which was very convenient. We had a wonderful 2 night stay.

Didn’t like the group of teenage kids that hung outside cursing and were having a very vulgar conversation. We left our room as early , as I didn’t want my young daughter listening to it.Contacted the hotel they said they would sent someone down and apologised, they were gone when we came back .
Great price for a family . With great facilities, pool, on site restaurant, supermarkets close by. Staff were great and helpful.

electronic key would not work all the time for us and had to get it updated. What would have happened if we were late home and facility was closed like office and restaurant/bar etc. which closed early. Kitchen floor could of had a sweep and a wash!!
the bed was comfortable and quite clean except the kitchen floor was never cleaned for 10 days

Early shower of occupants in next room woke us up

Nothing really. Difficult to fill jug or wash dishes from bathroom tap .
Well presented room. Indoor pool sauna & spa. Friendly staff. Meals at restaurant. Good supermarket next door. Possibly best shower in the world.

No kitchenette sink so had to wash dishes in bathroom. Didn't get new towels next day. Shower was a bit weak. Toilet paper holder was in an awkward position. Lounge was a bit icky but still sat on it.
Comfortably large room. Fridge. Air con. Bed. Staff were friendly/helpful. Nice bistro. No bugs. Nice and dark when curtains closed.

Maybe prefer a single bed in the main room rather than the bunk just outside the main room.
