We cannot lock automatically the door as we need to use the keys anytime. But these are details and can be handy to avoid locked door in case keys are left inside.

The day call. Especially the bed. Never spelt good. Location good and view's beautiful. We only stay for 2nights for a beach wedding . But I'll definitely will stay longer next time. 😊

Poor kitchen facilities. Tiny oven, tiny work surfaces next to plugs so no room for kettle, toaster, electric frypan. Dishwasher did not clean pans even on hottest setting. Dirty in places (eg range hood was very greasy and unpleasant to touch who I pulled it out), crumbs on chopping boards in drawer, food spatter in microwave on arrival. Some mugs had tea, coffee stains probably because of useless dishwasher. No glass or plastic containers to use in microwave. Only 3 champagne flutes (supposed to be 6 according to inventory). The electric barbecue on the rooftop terrace was gross. Spa was too cold. Swimming pool needs to be heated. It was freezing.

The view. Beds were comfy and decor in main living areas was pleasant.

It was windy. The railings clattered with the winds and the building design made the winds’ impact very loud. The level of this noise during our stay was disruptive as sleep depriving. The building design on the south facing corner was questionable.

Not very clean. Sticky cabinets, mold on curtains, outdoor table sticky, crumbs in kitchen. High price point with lots of “rules” with warnings of incurring fees which is a buzzkill. For example “don’t set the air con below 22 degrees or it may malfunction and this will incur a fee”. If you need more toilet paper, tea, coffee it incurs a fee. Ridiculous! There were many of these notes about the place. Pool not very clean either.

The silver thread Lamp Shades in the main bedroom were covered in Dust! (very outdated). The wall paintings were terrible and metal insects from the Reject shop, need to be done away with.. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 tiny milk, and the floor tiles needed a good steam clean. The bathroom shower needs a total clean. The round dish rack was rusty. Needed an extra bath mat. The furniture is very outdated, and worn. The cushion covers were smelly and need a wash. The carpet in bedrooms is really built up with dirt, need to be cleaned. Felt dreadful with bare feet...The toilet smelled, on the first time entering the bathroom..No lock on the bathroom door? A clean new dish wipe is needed for every new person. New Doona covers, that are not faded. A bucket so the mop could be used, for a small clean we spilled some cordial.

VERY CLEAN Rubbish area in car park. Lovely reception area, well done. Having a washing machine and dryer was great, and Iron ect...The cleanest outside tiles on patio I have seen, for the age of the building...Bravo and Nice outside furniture (maybe a six seater and bigger table would be great. :) The fact you could get all you need from across the street was outstanding, and in the street behind with the chemist and doctors. Loved the idea that guests are to remove their own rubbish, that clean factor was very good. (leave some bags for them to do so maybe) :) Reception lady very nice indeed.

Marks on walls, mould on curtains, sewage smell in carpark, slippery walkway when it rained just outside elevator, furniture was in poor condition, appliances were in poor condition, cracked tiles, dirty carpet.

Little bit disappointed in office times, check in says from 2pm, showed up at 2:30pm office was closed. Also disappointed in credit card policy. $400 security deposit if you don’t have a credit card (Mastercard), luckily we had a Mastercard on us, otherwise we would have had to fork out $400. Mind due we spent $530 for two nights. Other than that it was a lovely facility, just needs to re-think a few of its policies.

There was a pungent smell of grease coming from the cafe next poor which was present the whole time of our stay. Not only did this prevent us opening the doors but unfortunately the AC would suck in the smell leaving the grease smell to hit you in the face as you walked up the stairs.
