Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. The room was spotless, the pillows and bed were comfortable. The power cube next to the bed allowed me to plug in my CPAP machine.

Maybe a bathroom vent fan ?
Very hospitable and clean. Provided extras like a toaster, plus, carport for vehicle. Despite its vintage it is well maintained. We ended up staying another night

Can’t really fault it
Our room was amazing, clean and spacious, Very comfortable beds and quiet location made for a great nights sleep Loved the undercover car space right outside your door. Very friendly staff. only minutes way with the city center Would stay there again

Loved everything
We were greeted by our hosts, Jackie and Ron who made us feel welcome and right at home. Jackie gave us lots of information on what to do, and dinner recommendations. Our room was amazing, clean and spacious, with lots of touches to make us feel comfortable. Very comfortable beds and quiet location made for a great nights sleep. Outside there was plenty of parking for trailers, shade covered seating by the pool, and BBQ facilities. Wished we were staying longer. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness of room and facilities provided in room eg: microwave. Toaster, crockery, cutlery., Pool was kept clean and towels provided. Friendly ready to please staff. Quiet position although on a busy road , no traffic noise . Very close to every kind of shopping facility, doctor , dentist etc. Well priced with more on offer than some expensive hotels!

Room and facilities were excellent, and dangling feet in the pool was a perfect way to cool off after a hot day

We have stayed previously at Orana, but each time we visit we find improvements. It just gets better and better. It is a simple, "mum and dad" run motel with lovely friendly managers who go out of their way to make sure our stay is as wonderful as possible. We particularly enjoyed the pool with supplied pool towels. Each day the room is cleaned and serviced to the highest standard. The price is amazing for what is included. Fantastic location (a few steps away from a great pub, a supermarket, bottleshop and On the Run servo) and pretty much half way between Mildura and Red Cliffs.

Jackie was really helpful and could not do enough to make my stay a great one. The room was very tidy and well equipped with a restaurant, supermarket and other shops in walking distance. Was very quiet at night and very close to the main road into Mildura Definitely recommend it and will stay there again when I go back

The weather!
Just had 1 night, staff were most welcoming and knowledgeable. Large bath room, plenty of milk and tea were plentiful. Not too far or too near the city.

The motel was such a gem. Very clean, safe, welcoming staff and great value for money. The location was great for my family reunion in Irymple. Would recommend for anyone passing through. My family and i really enjoyed our hassel free stay at Orana.

I liked everything including the price.
The check in was easy. The staff were helpful and had excellent recommendations for dinner. They also directed us first to a car wash then to a choice of supermarkets. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was cosy. The bathroom spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed to make breakfast. There was an outdoor sitting area and the grounds were immaculate. I can't fault this motel or its staff.
