Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not the newest of fitouts, and the door locks seemed a little flimsy for an apartment on the ground floor (albeit with a security door at the front of the resort)
Traditional Gold Coast "strip" resort from yesteryear, walk to the beach and convenient location for meetings up and down the coast. Close to other hotspots for cafes and dining.

To avoid future issues the bathroom door stop needs to be longer to stop the door handle hitting the shower glass screen when the door is opened

Just didn't really like paying the same amount for a ground level room with a view of some tables chairs a fence and a construction site rather than being up a couple levels for the same price with a decent view
Pretty good location to everything rooms were very clean. Check in with nice and easy and so was check out would definitely stay there again

It was just around the corner from burleigh north surf club Malaysian restaurant next door was great We were only passing through so just wanted somewhere easy to sleep They are older style appartment but was clean and tidy

Great location within easy access to restaurants,cafes & clubs all providing great meal options.One Street back from a beautiful patrolled beach and the foreshore provides a fantastic walking path, exercise equipment and parkland. The accommodation was very clean & comfortable and we found it a perfect location for our overnight stopover whilst on a road trip when heading north from Newcastle to Bundaberg, and we happily stayed there again for our stopover on our way back home two weeks later. Reception staff were very friendly and professional making checking in & checking out very quick & easy

Basin not draining properly, towel rack came off the wall when we hung our towels, only minor inconveniences.
Great price for a nice comfortable stay. Included undercover parking, BBQ area and swimming pool. Restaurant below very convenient and great food.

Unfortunately there is road works and construction happening near the resort .... but in saying that we were advised of this before booking the accommodation and it really didn’t disturb our stay very much

There is a construction super close to the hotel, we could see it from our window and hear the noise, but it didn't bother us.
We stay there for one night on the way to Byron Bay from Brisbane and it was a good Location, close to the beach and with a few places to have breakfast nearby.

We couldn’t get into the carpark due to repairs and works going on with a very loud drill on path outside our window made it hard to sleep. No bottle opener in room? No views

The cockroaches in the facility
