When asked about parking we were only given the option to pay for private parking but on arrival on the information sheet they provided there was mention of free parking available as well.

It provided everything we needed in a hotel at a reasonable price.

The weekend self online check in was a bit glitchy, took us quite a while to get checked in. I ended up using a free pay phone outside to call the property for help. I don’t know why reception wouldn’t just be open every day 9-5 and closed early mornings and evenings?

Really nice location in Brisbane - we could walk to Storey Bridge, or get a train to further places from Central. It was clean, the apartment was very spacious. We arrived 2 hours before check in and we were allowed to check in early which was great, but it took a while to get through to reception as it was closed on weekends.

The noise policy was a little bit intimidating. We were scared that anything could be deemed "too loud", to the point we were nervous to even run the washing machine/dryer because of the fine risk.

The location was extremely convenient for us, especially with the lime scooters everywhere. We don't mind walking so everything we needed was pretty much walking distance for us.

The back door in the room didn’t lock. The sick tap was lose and the shower heads were squirting water everywhere. Apart from the small things the room was fabulous.

The bathroom facilities in the room are outdated, and the showerhead needs to be replaced. It keeps dripping and cannot be turned off completely.

Mattress in en suite bedroom. Could feel all the springs Grouting in walk in shower needs cleaning or replacing. Very black. Stove, not cleaned properly. All of the knobs were very greasy, definitely not wiped between guests.. UGH!

We loved the location and the view . The size of the apartments were very comfortable for 6 people. The staff were exceptional . They were professional and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble . We felt valued as customers.

Shower was very mouldy and the shower head was hopeless, black tiles on the floor which looked nice but what ever they were cleaned with made them cloudy and you could see any where you walked.

Good location, good parking and secure. Had everything I needed and big rooms.

the beds were hard as and couldn't sleep the bathroom fan wouldn't work it was to dirty and the shower head felt like it was going to come out of the wall if you tried to adjust it.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. I could feel the mattress springs sticking into me in the night and slept terribly every night and woke up with a sore back.
