There were not enough toilet paper rolls. We were 3 guests staying for 3 days and we were provided just 2 rolls altogether for the entire stay. For the amount we paid, one can expect at least a few more without having to pay extra to collect from the reception. Also, there should have been a mirror in the bedrooms, either affixed or standing alone. The bedrooms are incomplete without them and we have to keep going to the bathroom for it.

I loved the location facing the ocean with amazing scenic views and a chill atmosphere. The place was very clean and we were glad to get the opportunity to play tennis and swim around the pool too.

The Unit was a little tired. There were some basic things needing doing - for example a spray of RP7 on sliding doors that would get stuck; a new toilet brush (the one in the main bathroom looked like it had seen many better days); new skillet in the kitchen - the larger one was so heavy I had to fetch my hand splint after using it.

The location was good though one would not want to stay without a vehicle to get around especially with young children and in summer - the property being high on a steep hill. The verandah not only provided a pleasant outlook but caught the ocean breezes. There were extra touches - like the ability to borrow rackets from the office for a game of tennis.

There were no coffee sachets etc provided, which you normally expect in a resort.

Location is great, 4 mins drive to Cylinder Beach. We had the ocean view 2 bedroom double story unit, which was great. The place is nice and clean.

Didnt quite match the photos. Unit was older than expected. Needed airing out for awhile as musty smell on arrival.

Sound of the sewerage system. Mugs too little, but this is picking stuff… generally no issues. Late check out request could not be accommodated due to school holiday preparation when holidays only started in a week. Communication during the stay wasn’t great.

the beds were too small, think the main bedroom it is a double. the most inconvinient thing we found was the noise levels when someone is upstairs there appears to little sound proofing

Although the bathroom had obviously had a recent refurb the apartment itself and lounge furniture were quite dated. The separate (and only) toilet was good but definitely not suitable for larger holidaymakers it was definitely on the smaller side.

As walkers the position was great we could either walk to the gorge walk or to bowling club and cafes in the opposite direction. Cylinder Beach and hotel were just down the road as well. Our unit was quiet even though close to the pool and tennis court and it was during the school holidays. The unit was fully self contained and cool enough even without air conditioning.

Everything was great with one very minor setback, but we weren’t there long enough to bother asking for help the next day to fix it.
