Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Australiaon site restaurant - menu not kid friendly, confusing times when open, sign says Thurs to Sunday 4pm till late. when eating and next was desert got told kitchen closing, 7.45pm!! Tapas - really!! No ham, couldn’t do ham cheese pizza- only 3 cheeses or one of the limited other on the menu.

location and views were perfect - we came at the beginning of the week so most of the island facilities were closed, and we were on foot- Wayne at the property even ran us down to the shops so we could buy provisions for the evening - great customer care ! night sky view from the balcony was spectacular!

I had to physically approach the kitchen staff and request a booking. Very unprofessional. I have nothing negative to say about Pandanus Palms, it was perfect for me!
Incredible views, awesome kitchen, comfortable bed, up to date furnishings, private back courtyard and upstairs/ downstairs toilet.

Curtain pole in one of the bedrooms was loose and came off its bracket.Would prefer duvets rather than just bedsheets as there is no air conditioning. Also the hot water cuts out in the late evening.
