Lack of ventilation for bathroom. Wobbly table on balcony. Golf clubhouse was closed for 2 days so not available for meals.

View from room over the pool was very relaxing. Early access to room was appreciated. Staff were nice, friendly and professional.

The rooms were beautiful and very well set up with everything you could want, even glad wrap and foil! Great swimming pools, BBQ facilities and even tennis and basketball if you are keen. Walking distance to golf course for breakfast or lunch. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only thing that would have been a bonus is a shade sail over part of the main pool.

it was such a nice place to stay in Port Douglas if you have a car! close to the center (10 minutes) and close to the wildlife habitat! the staff was so nice and there was everything in the apartment! the swimming pool was really nice!

The resort presentation upon arrival was more than i had expected from looking through the photos on booking, Easy drive through check in with friendly reception staff. The gardens were maintained and lovely. The parking and access to the villas was even better, allowing for easy access to unpack the car. Automatic gates and code to access and leave the facility, adding extra security. The property was quiet, and the room was clean and the spa bath was a Suprise. highly reccomend.

This accomodation is not a resort. A name change would assist in lowering expectations of guests. They are serviced apartments. The facilities and apartments need upgrading. The cleaning of apartments is well below expectations. Our room had dirt and spiderwebs under lounges, under beds and the rooms weren’t vacuumed, the lights weren’t working in the bedroom, no fly screens on doors and the appliances were all outdated, rusty and dirty. The rangehood needs particular attention. I did request a new room. The staff were helpful in locating a new room however that room’s cleaning was also poor.

My family enjoyed the BBQ area.

Unfortunately we have had to give this stay a very low rating , the room was very, very tired . A huge crack & chip in bathroom basin area . Totally worn out and dirty bathroom fixtures, extremely poor ventilation , even with balcony door open and fan and air con operating . Faulty lighting , and chipped and extremely well worn cupboards / robes/ chipped. I put in a complaint to management on leaving ,the whole room needs a total refurbishment, aside from the obvious maintenance issues.

Excellent well maintained complex externally . Good location for golf club cafe breakfast next door to complex . Walking distance approx: 15 mins walk to neighbourhood restaurant , which was very good.

We were there for four nights, the room was never serviced. There was crockery in the room that we used but no dish washing liquid to wash. The towels were insufficient for four days without been replaced. The rooms are tired, the blankets in the wardrobe way pass their replacement date.

Only disadvantage was that it was a little way out of the town. However it was a good walk or a short drive so it did not matter.

We were a family of 6 adults and 5 children. We have two units close to one another both with excellent facilities
