AustraliaParking .... its dreadful, massive lack of parking results in people parking randomly in front of others driveways, down on the road etc etc there just isn't enough parks and if you do manage to get one it wont be in front of your room. 2 rooms have a common hallway, the door is SUPER loud, so if you have people staying in the room next to you come in late or leave early prepare for the big bang. People above us had kids and the flooring has no sound deadening so we heard every footstep from 5:30am onward. Sounded like they were rearranging the furniture till late at night too, again could hear everything which took away from any kind of peacefulness. Some better sound deadening on the flooring upstairs and maybe ease up on the door closer force but the biggest gripe is the parking, we felt we couldnt go out for dinner otherwise we would lose our park.
Pool was nice, rooms were nice, staff were friendly.

Australia1/Office starting too late 2/I asked office to help with cleaning up floor due to accidental falling off the bench , it was empty but shards of glass located all over unit , but no one arrived 3/asked cleaning staff for tea satchels , promised but no arrival ??????

Had we known about how nice this place was we would have stayed a bit longer in Port Douglas instead of Cairns. Clean room, nice bath tub, beautiful environment in closed resort next to golf. Friendly staff.

The room was a relief to come out of the heat. One problem was the "ghost in the house" had the TV on automatically and we didn't know how to turn the timer off. So we unplugged the TV. But ther pool was a lovely relief and the kitchen facilities were good. Rooms were comfortable while the air con was on

United Statesa bit far from town, but a short drive, and we really didn’t leave the wonderful grounds once we shopped for groceries would have really appreciated a smart t.v. for streaming services
perfectly furnished apartment with great kitchen amenities, wonderful pool with a BBQ area, comfortable bed, good A/C, beautiful grounds and helpful friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again
