The apartment was next to the rubbish bins and the smell from the bins was bad. It could be better if the bins could be moved away from the apartments.

The pool chair cushions were really dirty/mouldy and very uninviting to sit on. For the most part we would take them off but find the chairs themselves had holes and breakage. The villa was a great size but felt really dirty from the minute we walked in. The carpet upstairs is covered in stains and could do with a good steam clean to make it more comfortable.

The location was great. The main pool area was really nice. The villa was a good size and had everything we needed for the week. We liked that we had our own garage to park the hire car so it wasn’t at risk of being damaged in any way. The beds were super comfortable.

More parking and a jug of water in the fridge for arrival especially as it gets hotter.

When we checked in we were upgraded to a one bedroom unit, which was great! The layout of the unit was fantastic, plenty of room and the kitchen accommodates for easy cooking and everything you require for a comfortable stay.

I felt the room was a bit small.

The expanseness of the pool was very good as it had separate areas that I liked for the privacy factor.

We didn't like how dirty it was, most items in the kitchen weren't clean, the knife block and hair dryer handle were moldy. There was dust and dead insects on the windows and decor. And 2 out of the 3 aircondioners were broken, still worked ok after alot of tweeking, but not consistently.

We loved the pool area, loved how big the appartment was and the quiet location.

The bed could have been better

Location and price were great. Two bedroom apartment is excellent for families as the main living area and kitchen separate the rooms for privacy. Really wonderful and spacious.

Pools were fantastic, nice spacious rooms in apartment style, loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, free wifi throughout the property, easy parking right outside the rooms. Great experience all around.

room was not ready for check in despite us arriving 2 hours after scheduled time. lounge room couches were extremely dirty. air conditioners were not effective at all

it wasn’t very clean! there was a lot of dust and the kitchen really needed a deep clean.

the location was great for us, a bit out of the bustle of port Douglas but close the beach. pool area is very nice, great for the kids.

My daughter had a bit of a wait, 5pm, to receive her confirmation text for when her room became available, this was not a major problem, she spent her time at the pool. We do understand cleaning staff shortages can occur anywhere right now.

I've lost count how many times I've stayed here, I love the peaceful ambience. Staff are very caring and helpful. Great pool, well appointed kitchen and bedroom. Great to have laundry facilities in the villa after we'd been up at Cape Tribulation! We used SR coaches to get in and out of Port Douglas which were reliable. You can hire a bike or scooter also.

we managed to get this last minute and it must have been one of the last rooms in PD , so we were so happy to find it was as fantastic as it was , zero complaints from us , and really unless you're thinking you're Bono or Bill Gates , this place is just perfect.

We loved having a pool view surrounded by palm trees. This resort has a beautiful forest feel with so much palm trees and a lagoon style pool. The apartments were very big and had an open space feel.
