We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaThe shower was over the bath and to turn the shower you had to almost get into the bath. Very unsuitable for senior visitors. Small bath and small shower. The small restaurant on the ground floor just outside the Hotel had very limited options for food.

AustriaLocation was awesome, so close to Darling Harbour and QVB as well. The room was super, we had a shower and bathtub, and the view was towards the harbour, but the W building was blocking it, however it was still very nice. No noise coming from the highway. Slippers, bathrobes, hair drier, vanity packs, all the needed stuff, it was looking more like a 5 star, but we did get the deluxe king room. Breakfast was quite good, they had an omelet bar as well, with an on-site cook. Awesome! Staff also very nice and helpful.
