Central air conditioning the fan was on high and loud in bedroom. There is no individual room access as it is centrally controlled.

There was an Asian guy who worked at the resturaunt. On my first morning of stay, I went to the breakfast. The cafe was busy so I approached reception and inquired about the breakfast. Reception told me it was acceptable for me to start the breakfast and then to pay at the end. I had a meeting to go to so I wanted to get food. When I went to the breakfast the Asian staff member called out rudely in front of the other guests to me. This was rude. I approached the desk and he asked whether I had paid? I explained I had just spoken to reception, and the misunderstanding is because it seems the cafe & reception are not talking with each other. Anyway, I ended up paying and having breakfast but that guy's rudeness was unnecessary. He appeared to not have good people skill with his colleagues as well. He seems to have been a supervisor because he was talking to another staff member about 'learning'. He can benefit from training in people skill.

Thermostat in the room was clumsy. No matter which way i turned, the temperature would not change.

Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. Restaurant looked good but I didn't try. Always good to have that option Pool was clean as well.

Price. We could not get a standard room and had to take the only available accommodation which was a suite. Would have been good if that was discounted under the circumstances.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only comment relates to the acceptance of cards (Visa/Mastercard etc). I do not use a credit card and rely on my money only. On checking in we were told we needed a credit card, however my access card worked.

It was central to everything. There was cafe/restaurant facilities on hand…no need to jump in the car and go out for dinner.

Shower over spa bath is almost dangerous: couldn’t stand directly under shower due to bath position & shape. Very slow water drainage. Poor bathroom lighting for applying makeup. Lounge was uncomfortable. Chicken parmigiana not tasty. Security gate to parking area was open in the morning. Position & small size of television.

Reception desk staff very helpful. Bed comfy. Buffet breakfast staff helpful & food good. Free parking. Great location.

Difficult to control AC, coffee and tea was not replenished, there was no soap bar in the bathroom

The remote for the TV didn't work because the batteries fell out. All though the room was clean and tidy it was dated. Some of the furniture could be replaced.

Separate shower rather than shower over bath would been better. Bathrooms need a bit of a revamp.

Location great, walking distance to eateries in Dickson. Easy car parking and lots of it. Very quiet.
