Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Our room had a window that we could open. We love to have fresh air at night however the window had no screen on it and was large enough for an intruder to climb through, and of course mosquitoes.
Value for money. Good location. Atrium dining lovely. Easy secure parking. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

Biscuits with tea and coffee in room would have been nice.
Nice balcony room with a view of the swimming pool. Atrium was convenient and easy to get food and drinks.

Indoor gardens need a little attention . Very small bathroom with a bath/shower that would be difficult for an older person to safely use.
Ample parking , self opening door from carpark into the venue, which was great when carrying luggage. Breakfast area was well organised

Breakfast was good, but the second day something like herbs or garlic was added to the scrambled egg which is not very nice in my opinion.
Good value for money, staff excellent, very comfortable with nice atmosphere. Gym equipment is modern and clean.

The only thing - and this is really nit-picking... I'd update the angry red curtains to something a little more modern, neutral and calm feeling. Also clean all the cigarette butts previous guests have butted out on the bedroom balcony garden box.
Bed extremely comfortable and clean - felt like being at home... no gross communal, clapped-out feel you usually get at hotels. Bathroom spotless, well appointed and very generous in size.

Dated - could use a revamp in some of the rooms.
The property had a lovely charm to it, the rooms are dated but it is much nicer than being in a new strike room. The Forrest atrium and main atrium are lovely. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.

The equipment in the gym needs to be oiled, it's very noisy
Got rooms for $125 per night. I consider this excellent value for money for a hotel that offers off street parking and a gym (small). If you are staying multiple nights and you forgo room servicing (you need to put out the sign the night before), the hotel offers a $10 voucher at their bar or for breakfast - a further discount!

Nothing, everything was great.
Everything was great. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and had a bath, the room was VERY clean, the breakfast was excellent. The room had everything we needed - ironing board/iron, fridge, desk, enough space. All very good. I liked that there was a restaurant/bar/cafe open basically all the time in the hotel, it meant that I could have my meetings close to where I was staying and share a meal with people. It was so good and handy. Communal spaces are really lovely with a big indoor garden. Really appealing. Parking was free and easy. I will be staying here when I come to Canberra next.

Well located. Very pleasant and attractive internally: I remember the atrium form years ago and it was a major reason I booked again. Ate meals four times: all but one excellent. Car park easy to access.
