Apart from very minor , fixable problems for example the water pressure in the shared bathroom , the closure mechanism in the kitchen door or outside handle on the single, large sliding door, this is a property I could recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful holiday stay.

The position was breathtaking with views across the Marina to restaurants, bakery and pub. The spa/ plunge pool brilliantly entertained the children whilst facilities were plentiful - from double dishwashers, wrap around balconies to three bathrooms. This property was by far the perfect accommodation for our extended family.

The pillows were all very high. The pool needs resurfacing as the pool tiles were coming off everywhere and the kids cut all their feet.

The property was in a great location. Very accessible to walk to shops, bakery and cafes. Ample space for 9 people.

This was a family holiday and the unit was big enough to accommodate parents and adult children with partners. The kitchen was well equipped, views were amazing and a shot walk to restaurants.

I wasn’t happy about the spa in the main room not working and where we we’re supposed to put our buggy was full of paint also they started grinding the pool down from us so it was very noisy

Television in main living area was very old - no Netflix, Stan, Foxtel etc (needs to be upgraded to smart TV). Most Pots & Pans & the like are old & worn & needs a good overhaul & sort Spa bath jets/bubblers didn't work in the Master bedroom, Fridge Icemaker was spazmodic. Serious toilet paper shortage .. x5 rooms x 3 bathrooms x8 guests x6 rolls of paper (x1 on the go x1 spare) The BBQ had ingrained char (Old) ... we chose to not cook on it. No instructions to operate outside plunge spar. Knives could all do with a good sharpening.

given the cost per night they definitely need to improve some of the finer details. - new pillows - more towels - fix the spa heater - fix the sliding doors so you can open up the house - update some of the furniture and the iron

3 outdoor furniture chairs were broken. disappointed that the spa heater was not available. crockery and cooking equipment was random, incomplete or insufficient. no spare rubbish bags provided.

rooms and bathrooms were good. wine fridges were handy. coffee machine was good. great views and the fireworks on saturday night were unexpected.

Housekeeping was poor, floors were wet on arrival and 5 year old daughter nearly slipped over, not enough towels for 6 people for 4 days, said we had private pool but was a small spa bath with the heat taken off and the weather was cold, no rain cover for the buggie so got wet, cooking utensils like pans were disgusting and need to be replaced, on the first night a bedroom door was locked and couldnt get it opened until the next day.

Good location, the place itself is nice, management did their best to resolve any issues

the staff that you had to call if you needed anything . we needed extra towels as there were not enough . when we called the lady was so rude . she is also said that we were only meant to have six people there but I did confirm that 7 people would be there .
