Loved the views!! Comfortable accomodation, hosts were very friendly and helpful, and recommended great walks and eating our options. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We loved the views so much, we made sure we stayed in and had dinner in so we could simply relax & enjoy.

Great location, near great tourist spots, exceptionally clean and well maintained property, great hosts. South Neerim has a petrol station which is very convenient. Recommendations for food and places to visit from hosts were great.

The road being main access to the town was a bit noisy, especially the trucks and started early in the morning. I'd hoped The Studio at the back might have been quieter. There was a nearby rooster which woke us extremely early each morning about 5.30am and carried on and off over 45mins. So forget a sleep-in. NB the shower is over the spa bath which might be different to get in if older.

The Studio was very comfortable with everything you needed. Communication from the owners was very good. The view was exceptional and beautiful gardens. It was a very hot day when we arrived so it was very welcoming to enter with air conditioning already on.

Would have been nice for the cottage to be heated up before we arrived as it was very cold. Also one day I was working from the cottage and someone was mowing the lawn on a ride in mower which gave me a headache and made the afternoon not so relaxing or enjoyable.

Aircon was abit noisy, some Maintence was needed on screen door. Soaps provided, knew bbq would be great, maybe paper towels tissues , small milk, some biscuits supplied from local bakery with there logo .

Location was fantastic, staff were friendly & site was easy friendly & staff were extremely competent in asking questions & messages very prompt absolute joy in this day & age . felt secure with parking & staying at property in general. Beautiful views & accommodation, would highly recommend a stay . Julie’s fresh eggs were fantastic & her lovely country hospitality makes you feel very welcome.

Nothing really about the property itself but we did find it rather inconvenient and disappointing the Booking.com listing for the property advertised breakfast was included - only to find out on the first morning of our stay breakfast wasn’t included. Included breakfast was the main reason my partner and I chose Vivere Retreat.

The property was nice, mountain view studio was amazing. The views from the balcony were exceptional - exactly what my partner and I were after. The room itself was tidy, clean and comfortable. The property’s location was great - just a two minute drive out of the Neerim South town centre.
