SwitzerlandThe receptionist doesn't take people seriously: The first time I asked about a restaurant I was looking for, I was simply left standing there, wondering, and other people who arrived after me were served. There's no handheld showerhead in the shower.
The Breakfast was fresh and good. It's a refrigerator in the Room. The Room would be additional 2 times cleaned in the 2 Nights i was there. The Price is ok for that i get aboit it.

AustraliaWe didn’t realise our room would be on the first floor—had we known in advance, we might have preferred a ground floor room for easier access. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a dedicated toaster for gluten-free bread or toasties at breakfast.
The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone, including gluten-free choices. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The temperature of the swimming pool was perfect, and the location was also ideal—close to everything we needed.

Breakfast was great! For the price i was expecting a very simple toast and cereal type buffet but it was a full buffet with eggs/bacon/hash browns/fruit/cereal/yougurt/toast. Very impressed with this part. Pool was really clean and had a BBQ area which seemed clean (we didn't use it). We booked an extra night and they were super helpful and made sure it was all good for us.
