The receptionist doesn't take people seriously: The first time I asked about a restaurant I was looking for, I was simply left standing there, wondering, and other people who arrived after me were served. There's no handheld showerhead in the shower.

The Breakfast was fresh and good. It's a refrigerator in the Room. The Room would be additional 2 times cleaned in the 2 Nights i was there. The Price is ok for that i get aboit it.

We didn’t realise our room would be on the first floor—had we known in advance, we might have preferred a ground floor room for easier access. Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a dedicated toaster for gluten-free bread or toasties at breakfast.

The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone, including gluten-free choices. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The temperature of the swimming pool was perfect, and the location was also ideal—close to everything we needed.

Ironing board to go with the Iron. I understand my room was an all abilities room, maybe upgrade the seat in the shower to a more suitable type rather than wood. There are better types that would be more appealing to the eye.

Breakfast was very good for a budget motel. Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and potato gems, all well cooked by the chef. Yoghurt, fresh fruit selection, 4 juices, 4 different types of bread, usual Vegemite, peanut butter etc. bonus, cappuccino machine ( even included take away cups )

Pillows were flat and the room had a slight smell to it but it was alright.

Breakfast was great! For the price i was expecting a very simple toast and cereal type buffet but it was a full buffet with eggs/bacon/hash browns/fruit/cereal/yougurt/toast. Very impressed with this part. Pool was really clean and had a BBQ area which seemed clean (we didn't use it). We booked an extra night and they were super helpful and made sure it was all good for us.

There was a late night pool party with a lot of drinking and noise. I slept through it but my traveling companions were disturbed. Management got them to tone it down a could of times but it got loud again. Not much more they could have done.

The gates required the motion of a vehicle to operate them. The pedestrian code was inoperative on account of the rain (ought to be waterproof) associated with minor vandalism apparently.

The room was spacious and clean. There were two small (125ml) containers of fresh milk. The telephone response was helpful. There is a small pool (for children) and a bbq area.

It’s not the motels fault however Katherine appears to be getting worse with loitering indigenous people, drunk and disorderly around shops, general intimidation, and something that needs resolution.

Felt safe and secure, pool was terrific and had a quiet nights rest. Fair price and given Katherine crime and disorder at this time, being 3 streets back from the main road was a bit bonus.
