Internet connectivity could be better

Beds, facilities in the room, shower etc were all very good. Cafe was EXCELLENT. Receptionist and communication was EXCELLENT.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, I loved that there was a cafe right outside the room door.

This property was well located although roads were under maintenance, there is still lovely walkways and not far to drive anywhere. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely will rebook again.

Room looks nothing like the photos. No screen on bathroom window, so couldn't keep it open due to the mossies.

Pleasant Way River Lodge has been thoughtfully and creatively renovated. It takes advantage of the traditional motel design to give the parking area more of a social feel, with a cafe nook on one side, a barbecue area and garden seating out the front. It seems like people living nearby drop in for coffee, giving the place a less transient feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and appealing. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided if you want to bring your own food. Enjoy a lovely riverside walk nearby.

No easy chairs at all - had to bring my wheelchair inside to sit on, whilst my husband lounged on the bed.

Hanging rail is an excellent idea - saves space and avoids discovering that your jacket is missing hundreds of kilometres away on the next cold day! Everything but seating was excellent.

the bedings not clean enough, especially the pillow cases, they were a little smelly. the shower drain was a little block, the water went down slow when showering, I stood there with water cover over the whole foot while showering, was not a presant feeling.

The location is very convient, and the room is conform, the reception staff was very helpful and kind. She wake up in the middle of the night help me to open my door after I locked myself out of the room accidentally.

The family room, although upstairs, has a separate bedroom with ensuite, apart from the main kitchenette area with three generous singles (1 bunk set) and plenty of power points. For 3 adults this was great. Comfortable beds and two tv's incl foxtel etc...newly refurbished too.

The access to the swimming pool , it was used privately for swim lessons during most of the day, property is advertised with indoor pool yet you have to make a booking to use it within very set hours when not in use for swim lessons. I feet this needed to be specified at the time of booking.

Booked the large family room (1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 large double bed). Only one aircon which was located in the main room, hence the other room was pretty hot. It was also during summer season.
