- real pods with a door for each bed and not just a curtain - strangely for a place with so many people it was really clean - except a woman who had a severe night break down (but not the hostel fault) it was calm. - central location - clear instructions to check-in after opening times

Pod and bed clean and comfortable. Poor sound insulation behind pod. I could hear movements of people in the section behind me. Definitely disrupted sleep. Bathroom a bit unclean Checkin/out good / clear instructions

Very small kitchen. Need to find the right timing to cook ! Capsules all in one room , a wall or 2 could be cool for the noise during busy hours. Capsules are clean and more spacious that i thought !

Tiles in the common area were slippery when wet. (More than likely my footwear was the main factor)

Location is central and very convenient to the sights and food places. The pod was very comfortable and gave good privacy. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Not recommended for people over 183cm (I'm 189cm and found the pod cramped) the pod was also uncomfortably warm sitting at a regular 22°C all night and all the "ventilation" control did was increase the noise.

The communal kitchen was a little small and had only microwaves.

The pods were clean and the communal area was clean and quiet. The staff weee helpful and the location was great.

This is just nitpicking now. But starting to look run down. Needs a bit of TLC, wall clean and paint.

It was all that I needed for an overnight in Launceston. POD was very clean and comfortable, and all that I needed. Bathroom/toilet clean, kitchen area was good enough. Felt like a flash backpackers. I really liked it and will stay again if in Launceston for a short stay.

Bit of disturbance from other guests moving around & talking, I think they didn’t realise their voices travelled. My light control button was missing so first night I couldn’t turn my light off. Sorted the next day by speaking to housekeeper and another guest showing them what was missing.

Great location for visiting the gorge, town & river. The pod was clean & bed comfortable.

The pods are not noise proof. If you’re lucky you’ll have quiet neighbours but otherwise you hear every movement and noise. The door in and out of the pods is quite loud so you hear it every time anyone comes or goes which is often as all the pods are in the same room. The communal area doesn’t have proper cooking facilities so you are quite limited to what you can cook

The location of the pods was perfect- right in the centre of Launceston. There’s a large clean communal area where you can cook and chill. The bathrooms were very clean. The pods themselves were perfect for a short stay. They’re very clean and there’s plenty of space for bags outside the pods. Would recommend for a short stay!

Very rarely anyone at reception. Parking situation is difficult. Also continually having to have your key with you can make it a little difficult.

Maybe the signage could be stand-out more - especially at night. A bit obscure to find at first. .

Opportunities to arrive late at night due to plane flights was a huge bonus. Thankfully other people were there to help get into the facility. The instructions were abit daunting, but managed!! Communication by email/test was great though. The Pods & facilities were great. Very comfortable Pods. Loved it!! Thankyou
